The Donkey Dairy Cottage - Farm Stay

The Donkey Dairy is one of a kind! Nestled on the slopes of the majestic Magaliesberg, this working donkey farm is home to a variety of friendly farm animals. On your visit you will be greeted by our alpacas, chickens, donkeys, horses, goats and even camels. If you would like to replace your cell phone’s morning alarm with the crowing of roosters or replace the hooting of cars with the braying of donkeys, the solar powered Donkey Dairy Cottage is the place for you! Mana Cabin

The Mana Cabin is a self catering unit for 2. A cosy, rock & wood cabin with big windows looking out into the trees on all sides. The tiny-home was designed with the smallest footprint possible, maximising the outside spaces which features a bath, daybed, fireplace, bathroom and lounge deck. The space is cosy and beautifully designed. Downstairs you have a kitchen with a central dining island, couch, wood burner and workdesk. Upstairs the cosy bedroom features a super-king bed, bath and toilet.

Ancient Earth Homestead on Bluebird Game Estate

A magnificent homestead on a private game estate at the foot of the Magaliesberg Mountain range. The spacious garden is full of healing herbs, vegetables, fruit and flowers for foraging and feasting. On request, we also offer a private Chef for special functions or full farm style, country kitchen catering and cleaning. Studio #292

Studio #292 is situated on a smallholding in Hartbeespoort on the slope of the Magaliesberg with a panoramic view of Hartbeespoortdam and surrounding areas. On the other side of the Studio is another listing, Coucal Cottage. The two listings are separated by a passage and linen room. The Studio has a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster and frying pan (makes a lovely breakfast or stir-fry). The Studio is within 15 minutes driving to Village Mall and other shops.

Relax with your feet in the Sterkstroom river that is situated less than 50 metres away from the cabin. Whether you seek adventure or simply want to relax, our location offers a plethora of activities to delight in, both within our estate and the surrounding areas.

Close to features like Hartbeespoortdam Cableway, French Toast (Little Paris), Pretville, the Elephant and Monkey Sanctuary etc. This bachelor unit does have a loadshedding solution, with a small electric footprint - electric blanket for the winter.
