Behind you can see the pine forest of the back mountain, on the left side there is Yongju Seowon and a garden of about 200 pyeong, and in front you can see the quiet countryside. The garden is still unfinished, so we keep planting flowers and trees. On a clear day, you can see North Mountain in the distance, and you can enjoy beautiful flowers and trees according to the spring, summer, autumn, and winter seasons. It is a quiet accommodation, so you can rest comfortably. It is very independent and privacy is guaranteed without facing the front house next to the first floor. The interior is decorated with white and achromatic colors, preferring simple things. Small pets are allowed and 2 cushions and 1 food bowl are available. The cloud bridge leading to the terrace and garden has been installed to make it more convenient to enjoy the garden and scenery. Dongchonjae, built about 100 years ago, is a traditional hanok that has been officially certified by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Korea Tourism Organisation. Dongchonjae has been operated by a retired couple who opened their home since October 2020. Dongchonjae is located on a 380.17 m² plot of land It consists of one building, and the space is the main house (Anche/Main House), Sarangchae/Detached House, and Annex. Guests have exclusive use of the Main House and the Annex. The host is in a separate building I live in Sarangchae (Detached House) and will personally assist you with necessary services such as providing breakfast.
