Cabin holiday rentals in Wolf Lake

Rob & Jen’s Cozy Creek Cabin was just as gorgeous as the photos if not more picturesque! Quiet, tranquil, and secluded. We saw lots of deer with several fawns… one was hidden for the day in the rocks right outside the cabin. We saw mama come and get her at dusk! Close to Camelback activities, but tucked away in the woods. The hosts were super friendly and responsive. If you’re considering this cabin, do it! You won’t regret it!!!

Great cabin, location was amazing and really matched the description. It rained pretty much the whole time, but the setting was so nice, we hardly cared. Hosts were responsive and had the place set up with welcoming music and towels folded like swans. Would love to return.

Had a great retreat at the container cabin for the weekend! The stream and waterfall running through made it feel like a fairytale setting and there was something magical about the property. We never saw or heard another person and could barely even see the other cabins. We did manage to use the hot tub once despite it being pretty hot outside, and it took quite a while to heat up but was nice once it was going! No sauna experience due to the 80+ degree weather. While I know it's a "glamping" feel it would have been a bonus to have black out curtains in the bedroom area. Otherwise no complaints and a unique experience!

This was the best BNB we have ever stayed at! Very clean, comfortable, private, and beautiful. You can tell thought was put into every detail. We didn't want to leave! The beds were very comfortable, we even ordered the same bedding with the BNB Cozy Earth discount code that was in the bedroom once we got home (Thank you, Meng!). The location was also great and not too far from anything with a lot of scenic natural beauty. We stopped at the North Branch Cider Mill nearby for coffee and some shopping and that's now my favorite stop in the Catskills! We hope to be back again soon. 10/10!

Such an awesome spot! BUT note this is a glampsite rather than a full house. The toilet is an outhouse (very clean, but make sure to duck to not hit your head), the shower is heated but it's outdoor, I didn't have soap or towels provided that I saw, and the bed is a tri-fold mattress that folds out onto the floor of the little A-frame. The wood fire hot tub was amazing, the fire pit is nice, there are two chairs included, parking is easy, there is good quality firewood here but bring something to light it with and start the burn. The sound of the running water is worth every penny. The cabin also is heated via some sort of gas, which does a great job and making the space feel cozy but I woke up with a pretty good sore throat. Not sure if that is a coincidence or if from the heater. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place! Just make sure the less earthy people in your group are not expecting a hotel room/house.

~5 Star Cabin in the Woods~ Beautiful, secluded property with a pristine natural waterfall right in the backyard! The fire pit and hot tub are our favs. The entire place is SPOTLESS! The extra fresh towels and comfy bed linens are a lovely bonus. Plus, a fully stocked kitchen! Bill is an amazing host. He thought of everything that you could ever need! He was super responsive, informative, and accommodated all of our needs. Can’t wait to return!!!

Excellent location to town. A nice house on Feagles Lake. A lot of fun things to do in and around the house. Really enjoyed our stay.

This place is absolutely beautiful, exactly as described, and more. Very private and serene location. Would have loved to have time to stay for longer and would love to come back. We were here in the summer, I would imagine it being magical in the winter as well. Great place, can't recommend more highly.

We had a really lovely stay at this cabin in Boiceville. It rained every day during our trip, but honestly, we didn’t mind—it made the space feel extra cozy. We spent our time relaxing indoors, reading, cooking, and just enjoying the slower pace. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was tucked away enough to feel peaceful, but still a short drive to Esopus Creek and Phoenicia, which we enjoyed exploring when the rain let up. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with, and everything about the stay went smoothly. If you’re looking for a calm, quiet retreat in the Catskills—even on rainy days—this spot is a great pick.

Maciej & Ana’s place was the perfect getaway from the busy NYC life. The back doors open up and there is a screen protector to prevent insects flying in. Our tiny anxious Pom, Angel, warmed up to the cabin so quick. If you do bring your furry friend, make sure they take tick & flea meds, as we had to pull some off Angel. We didn’t get to use the fireplace outside since it was wet & rainy our whole time there but despite this, we really enjoyed watching the rain & many birds from inside the cozy cabin Maciej is an amazing host as well! he responds so fast and was present every step of the way to make sure we had everything we need and enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much

Mark is nothing but professional! The cabin was quiet, super clean, close to restaurants. We felt right at home. Mark had all the amenities! If you’re looking for some down time or even a little spunk in your life (in Woodstock) I highly recommend coming to this cabin. This will not be my last time and I will let all off my friends looking for a little bit of peace know Marks aloha experience is the place to be! Thank you Mark for your exceptional hospitality.

This place is absolutely stunning! The home is a gorgeous blend of rustic wood and natural light — so cozy, peaceful, and beautifully designed. Jeff and Sharon went above and beyond with their attention to detail, from thoughtful communication to surprise touches like trail snacks and wine. The running creek behind the house was truly the heart of the experience. My friend and I started each morning with coffee by the water — and one morning, we even saw a bear!!! I couldn't believe it. Total magic! We explored nearby waterfalls, soaked up the beauty of the surrounding nature, and felt so deeply nourished by our time here. It was the most perfect getaway and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you Jeff & Sharon — we hope to return soon!

This place was absolutely perfect! Exactly what we were looking for to refresh, relax, and unwind. Great place to charge the batteries and reset. Beautiful home and yard. Peaceful and great views to go with. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in this area.

We had an amazing time at the place - it's cozy, decor is beautiful and every single detail surprised us - the great vinyl selection, a lovely welcome with wine+chocolates, so many books about Woodstock and boardgames available to entertain us. It was great to get out of the city and there's a lot of things we were able to do nearby too. Thank you Gabriela and Kiko for hosting us so well!!

Loved it! The cabin is perfect. And quiet and nestled in the woods. Great for dogs too. And there’s a wonderful hike up Mt Gaurdian right at the theatre. A nice retreat from the city right in the heart of Woodstock

This place was a homerun. Clean organized great location peaceful. Nice detail and accessories provided for a stay at a log cabin. Me and girlfriend already booked it again Excited to go back.

Kathy’s cabin was a wonderful, serene getaway. Kathy gave us a heads-up where the nearest markets/restaurants were and provided all the kitchenware we could want. It made for a very memorable weekend for my girlfriend and I. There is even a cute little pond where we saw little lizards and tadpoles! We will definitely book again, thank you Kathy!

We loved our stay here and cannot wait to visit again, a path (slightly over grown at first-- be aware of ticks, but thats a given while hiking-- but still very manageable and opens up shortly) led us to a beautiful waterfall area and the state park leading to stairs and 2 more waterfalls. Totally walkable, and a gem to have in the backyard. The little touches made it feel above and beyond, toiletries, slippers, fire starters, umbrellas etc... Milford which is an adorable town is nearby and tons of waterfalls and hiking around. The bed was extremely comfortable as was the daybed where we enjoyed our morning coffee and nightly card game.

If in your mind, you could imagine an ideal place to get away - a cozy and thoughtfully furnished house nestled in front of a pond, this would be that place. A long driveway takes you away from the main road and leads to a stylish and very comfortable home. Three bedrooms, 2 baths and an open kitchen made the house feel very roomy. Our daughter made an early claim to a small landing at the very top of the stairs, a perfect place to settle into a bean bag chair and matching ottoman and continue her adventures with Nancy Drew. Our stay was extremely guest friendly. There was nothing we felt want of that Jared and Chelsea hadn't provided. A pile of comfy blankets, a nice bottle of red wine and a movie screen and surround sound gifted us two fun movie nights. In fact, their attention to detail made the house feel unusually familiar to us. The daily view of the pond and its inhabitants; a trio of ducks, a pair of cranes, and an industrious beaver, gave the home an idyllic quality.

We had a fantastic stay at Jason and Sarissa’s place! They were incredibly kind and communicative, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was clean, cozy, and the perfect escape from the city—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. Even when it rained, the space had such a calming, tranquil vibe that made us want to just relax and soak it all in. You can tell they’ve put a lot of care into creating a warm and welcoming experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

We loved our stay here. Exactly as pictured, very clean and peaceful and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Laura is super responsive and answered any questions promptly in a friendly way. We saw some beavers and bunnies in the front yard too!

When I decided in February to take three weeks away from my home city to spend time in the mountains, I wasn't sure I'd come a place that ticked all the boxes: would let me bring my dog, was on top of hiking by not terrifically far from essential businesses, was within a 4-5 hour drive from home, had the comforts I knew I needed and-- would also let me bring my cat? What did I find? This total gem of a cabin. My animals and I were able to make ourselves comfortable, the views of the lush trees were instantly calming, the bed was super comfortable, and somehow even though it felt like the middle of no where, was a 30 min drive from so many beautiful villages, trailheads, and other Catskills goodness. Mark was super on top of communications, helped me out when I needed it, and made sure I had what we needed. Highly recommend a stay here-- can't beat the charm and being truly surrounded by stunning nature.

Had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. It was supremely relaxing and a great way to disconnect and slow down. The house was beautiful, great amenities, scenic, and serene with views of trees all around. The best however was Greyson - before even been booking the house, we were sent a list of restaurants/activities/hiking trails in the area. Additionally, every message sent to the host received an immediate reply. The hosts have impeccable taste as you can see with the furnishings of the house. Highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVED Katherine's place and would definitely stay there again, and plan to recommend it to friends in the area. We were attending a retreat at the local Kadampa Meditation Center and it was an easy 20 minute drive to and from the center each day and such a peaceful and comfortable place to return to in the afternoons and evenings between retreat sessions. Everything was very clean and comfortable and and there were so many thoughtful and fun touches. The whole place just has such a nice energy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away and have some peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Lastly, Katherine was very helpful and responsive to some of our needs that came up regarding arriving early and needing to check out a little late, and that was a huge help and kindness that made our travels much easier.
