Wooden chalet built in Kurpiow, although in Mazovia. 200 meters to the Liwiec River, 8 km to Urla where the train goes, similar to Lochów, where there are grocery stores and even an ice cream shop. Nearby, you'll find forests, meadows, the Bug and Liwiec rivers (with kayaking opportunities), old cemeteries, nature reserves, and the former resorts of Urle and Kamieńczyk. In the village of Kaliska, the Kaliska stable and the Paderewski palace. The perfect place to get out of Warsaw for a weekend or longer.

Kudelicze 25

Kudelicze 25 is an old country house from the late 1950s, fully renovated with respect for its history. When I furnished it, I kept some of the original furniture, which I restored myself. There's an old barn on the property, and around the house, there are flowers that I tend to in my free time. Intimate agritourism for those who want to slow down – morning coffee on the terrace, evenings by the fire, the sound of birds singing, and a quiet you can no longer find in the city. It's a place where you can truly unwind and be closer to nature.

Our cottage is a habitat consisting of a house with 3 spacious rooms, a large kitchen with a tiled stove, a bathroom, a porch and a veranda. The cottage is surrounded by a large, fenced plot. On the plot there is, among others, a hammock, deckchairs, a gazebo with a barbecue. The offer includes a Jacuzzi tub ♨️ 💧 (for an additional fee). A bottle of wine awaits each of our guests. The large area of the property allows you to play volleyball or badminton. In our charming village there is also a beautiful sandy beach on the Liwiec River.

Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

Large functional kitchenette (microwave, oven, hob, fridge-freezer). The cottage is located on a plot of 5000 meters, the area is very quiet. The equipment includes a sauna and a hot tub with a jacuzzi (extra charge), a fire pit, bicycles, a volleyball court, a trampoline and what the area has to offer - close proximity to the Bug, bicycles, forests...

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Living room: 2-person sofa bed, table with 4 chairs, coffee table, chest of drawers, lamp, TV. Bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, desk, lamp. Kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee marker, basic kitchen utensils, cutlery. I provide bed linen, towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher cubes, washing powder. The area is very quiet, no street noise.

8młyn is a restored year-round miller's house located on a peninsula, on the outskirts of the village, adjacent to a historic water mill from the beginning of the 20th century. Around us there are forests and meadows of the Natura 2000 area. 8młyn will delight you if you are looking for peace in the rhythm of nature - 3 apartments will comfortably accommodate both groups of friends and multi-generational families. A charming cabin in the forest, 100 meters from a lake. The space includes a loft bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom. Outside a fire pit area, projector + screen (indoors and outdoors) for movie nights under the stars. This is a soulful place, not built for commercial rental. Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.
