We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the little beach—and so did our son, who looked forward to seeing the friendly ducks each morning. He named them Donald and Daisy, and they quickly became a highlight of our trip! The view was beautiful, and the location was perfect—close to everything, but still peaceful and relaxing. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful place and gorgeous scenery right on the water. We enjoyed the stay very much, didn’t even feel like you were in the dells but still close enough if you wanted that experience. However, we enjoyed how secluded it felt. We would stay here again and recommend it to any of our friends.

Great location for a short getaway (1-2 days). The best part was being right on the lake and having great views right outside the window.

This was our first vacation as a family with a 5 and 3 year old. Our neighbors were lovely. The beach was a great addition. The place was pristine and exactly enough for us. Perfect location close to everything and the communication leading up to the vacation was top notch. We had chilly weather but the vacation was just what we needed. Amazing view and super relaxing (even with the kids!) will definitely come back!

This space was just as it looked in the pictures, clean, close to attractions and food places. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely book again if we come back to the Dells.

Great place, family had a wonderful time, condo was clean and extra spacious for a family of 8, felt right at home and kids did not want to leave. We were surprised how spacious the apartment was. Check in was super easy. Kitchen could use a few more pots and pans. Location is great, close to main street with coffee shop and stores and only a short drive away from Devil's Lake. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was as described/pictured. The condo area is quieter but not too far from the water park which was packed with families on spring break. The hot tub near the condo was nice and never crowded. We like that Chula Vista is more relaxed than some of the other water parks. The kids love it and are already begging to go back.

Really nice condo it’s HUGE, plenty of space for a large group. The place was clean and the staff at the resort was very nice! Check in process was also quick and easy.

Great condo, lots of space, comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, many board games to play, everything as advertised. Very comfortable place to stay, and Beth was excellent - very responsive. Would stay again.

Wow! What an amazing place. The host was great. Communication was awesome. It was clean, great location and awesome facilities. We will be staying again. Loved it!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the closeness to Dells activities. We had a wonderful dinner at the Del-Bar Supper Club, which was very close by. We also enjoyed the complex's hot tub and pool as well as the beach. Regarding things to do: We really liked the Upper Dells boat tour to Witches Gulch. The complex was big enough that extended family found another unit that fit their needs, and we all hung out without being on top of one another. Great time. I'd do it all again. A++

Had a great vacation here! The condo is very roomy. It had everything we needed for cooking most meals here. The laundry facility in the condo came in handy! Enjoyed the back patio, the grill, the pool, pickleball, golf, boating and fishing! Thanks for great hospitality!

What a perfect place to enjoy downtown Dells! The location is ideal for walking the Riverwalk, taking a boat tour, enjoying the live music downtown, or whatever else you have in mind. The property grounds were well-kept, including a spotless outdoor pool. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, everything in good-working condition, and plenty of extras for things you might need. Alex messaged us early on our arrival day letting us know the unit was vacant and we could check in whenever we wanted - so nice! Highly recommend.

Close enough to all the action, but far enough away to get out of the crowds. Very quiet and relaxing.

Condo had everything we needed. Close to town. Enjoyed the pool. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

I really enjoyed my time, this space was very clean and thoughtfully decorated, my guest and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi. Everything was a 10/10! we will definitely be back !

The apartment is not only beautiful, but also decorated with such care and good taste that it truly feels like home from the moment you arrive. The most special part: the sunrises over the lake — absolutely magical! The sound of birds, the ducks gliding peacefully across the water, and the overall serenity made this stay truly unique. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. I loved every corner. Communication with Christopher was excellent — quick, clear, and friendly, which made everything even better. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
