Forest apartment Einöde

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Little oasis in nature

For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Cozy 4-room apartment in the heart of Hengersberg. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of Villa Auguste, a building from 1890 and attracts not only with the 20 sqm covered evening sun terrace overlooking the Storchennest. The fully equipped kitchen, as well as the living room with a cozy couch and TV (Wi-Fi is of course also available) invite you to spend relaxing evenings in the apartment. But the Villa Auguste is also perfectly suited as a starting point for excursions.

The vacation home is in a secluded location on the edge of the forest. The spacious covered terrace and the enclosed garden invite you to relax and linger. In summer you can cool off in the swimming pond. The vacation home is particularly suitable for larger groups or families. For animal-friendly people, the vacation home is the ideal place to spend your vacation with your pets. You share the large property with native plants, birds, deer, rabbits and lizards.

Time out at Klopferbach

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Shepherd's wagon overlooking a sheep pasture

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Three Castles Loft

Located between Passau and the Bavarian Forest and on the Danube-Ilz cycle path, we present our new apartment. With a lot of love for detail, we have created a place of relaxation in the air-conditioned attic. Whether a visit to the beautiful baroque city of Passau, extended hikes or a cozy break with the family - you will surely feel comfortable. We look forward to seeing you! Upper floor single apartment with: mini kitchen, sofa as sofa bed, dining and work table + separate bathroom, furnished in upscale standard and fully equipped. Washer/dryer on the first floor. Quiet and rural location in Lower Bavaria near Aldersbach. Two nice seats outside the bakery are included. Pets are allowed.
