Terrace apartment in Geltendorf

This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

The lake shore is just a few steps away. Welcome to the beautiful western shore of Lake Ammersee. The magnificent views of the lake and the Alps were already appreciated at the end of the 19th century. Painters, musicians, and wealthy citizens were drawn here for their summer holidays.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The bedroom has a box spring bed (180 × 200 cm). Towels, bed linen and a separate entrance are included. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. The S-Bahn Türkenfeld is about 5 km away, Munich can be reached by car in 25–30 minutes.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. We offer a bright, spacious apartment with balcony on the first floor, located in a quiet residential area. Ammersee about 3 km, Munich about 40 km away. The Alps (Oberammergau, Garmisch-Partenkirchen...) are easily accessible for a day trip, as are Füssen and Neuschwanstein Castle. There is a dog living in the house that you may encounter.
