Holiday rentals with lake access in Winchester

Our stay at Julie’s place was so good. All our family was there except one granddaughter. We had a great time on the water in spite of some rain. We rented a pontoon for Saturday and it was a hit for everyone. The house is well stocked and very spacious. It was helpful to have access to 2 kitchens. But just know there is nothing in the way of dishes or utensils downstairs. The game area was awesome and enjoyable for everyone. The downstairs bathroom needs a new shower because even though it’s clean it looks dirty. We had an issue with the AC when we got there and Julie jumped right on it and had someone there that night. (Even though she was in Italy!). We also found that the downstairs patio area had not been cleaned in a while and cushions were very dirty. We had to clean the two porches floors and cushions but I think no one had used the house for a while. Again she got someone there the next morning who power washed the patio and cushions outside. Julie is a great host.

This home was fantastic. We really appreciated the baby gear including safety gates, and the air hockey and football tables downstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped to cook for our crew of 7

We loved our stay! The house was clean and exactly as described. Chris was extremely responsive and I appreciated he offered an early check in without us even asking! It is in a neighborhood but felt extremely private. The dock is very private. I especially loved how close we were to twin lakes marina both by car and boat. We would absolutely stay again!

I felt like a welcomed guest from the minute I walked in. The home was spotless and smelled so clean and fresh. I have rented in Tennessee for the last 15 summers and have never rented a place that had so many extras (smores-popcorn- coffee pods-toiletries-kitchen supplies-etc. .Phil checked in to make sure everything was O:K. It is an absolute 5 Star !!!!

The home was absolutely beautiful, perfectly decorated, and well layed out design. We felt right at home the entire time and absolutely loved all the included amenities! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

Great place to host our family for Grandpa’s 80th birthday. We enjoyed the ability to all be together in the main room. House and view were beautiful. If you want everyone to be together then this is the perfect place. In addition, the hosts were extremely attentive.

My fiancé and I came to visit the area because we were attending a dance competition for his daughters. The area is very beautiful. Mr. Gary was very kind and responsive. The weekend we attended had severe weather that came out of nowhere. We were sight seeing and he alerted us on what was going to happen and how to prepare for safety. Thank you Mr. Gary for the incredible service and hospitality.

The condo was exactly as listed. We had a great stay. The condo is clean and comfortable. The views are beautiful! Kitchen stocked with all the basics. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and you can be downtown and most attractions in 20 minutes. The mattress may need a rotate & flip there is a dip in the middle.

Stellar lake house with incredible views, fantastic design features, and perfect vacation amenities! Sheila was an amazing host with wonderful communication throughout our stay. The home was a perfect escape for coffee-filled morning porch-sitting and cozy evenings inside watching fireflies. Our weekend plans were derailed by weather. We were blessed to have Sheila’s lovely home as a place for new flexible planning around the area. Winchester, Lynchburg, and Fayetteville had charming town squares and a few attractions to explore. Extraordinary home that is a one of a kind place for all sorts of fun! Thank you, Sheila!

Teresa and Dan were amazing!! They left special touches everywhere to make sure my family felt at home! Without a doubt the cleanest AirBnB we have ever stayed in! We have spent a ton of time on the mountain and this was by far our favorite place! We would use Teresa and Dan again in a heartbeat!!

Great place to stay right on Tim's Ford Lake. You can walk to the boat ramp right behind the house or use the golf cars to access it. House was super clean. If you are going for a weekend on the water there is enough room to park a boat in the driveway and its 1 mile to the boat ramp! Will stay again!

Cynthia’s place was spotless, with comfy beds and plenty of room for our group of eight, including five teens. It was perfect for relaxing during our two-day golf tourney at Bear Trace in Tim Ford Park. We especially loved the Colorado room for morning coffee. Great space to unwind and hang out!

Beautiful location, immaculately clean, inside and out. Quiet and peaceful. Amazing views. Comfortable beds and furniture. Beautiful walk in showers. Handicapped accessible. Kitchen adequately supplied for cooking meals. Highly recommend we will be back for an in season stay. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay, plenty of room. The only thing was the address is listed as Tullahoma and it’s a few miles from Tullahoma. Close to the lake and boat ramp if you love the water.

10/10! Super communicative, pleasant, and super easy to get in touch with when we had slight hiccups! Would recommend to anyone!
