Located on the prettiest street in the award winning town of Marlborough , it is ideally placed for a 1 min walk to High Street shops, pubs, picnic spots & lovely walks over the Downs. The cottage has a recently modernised kitchen and bathroom but also maintains all of its period charms including some low beamed ceilings & exposed timber walls, with a large bedroom & storage for bikes.

Great views from upstairs, lovely private patio with garden/valley views. Free off-street parking. Upstairs, beamed living/bedroom with comfy bed, Smart TV& WiFi. Downstairs, well equipped kitchen-diner, shower room/toilet. 10-15min walk to Nailsworth centre with many eateries. Unfortunately unsuitable for those with mobility issues due to stairs/low pitched ceiling.

The Billiard Room is a beautiful property set in the grounds of The Close, an 18th century house facing the duck pond, on the village green, in Biddestone. It is ideally placed to visit the World Heritage City of Bath, and to explore the historic villages and countryside of Wiltshire & the Cotswolds. With free WiFi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Roberts DAB radio, two bedrooms with king sized beds, quality bed linen and two bathrooms. Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

Tucked away off the main road and up a short, steep lane this beautiful home is a peaceful haven with main train station, award-winning restaurants, pubs, quaint boutique shops and delis a gentle amble downhill.
