It is an ideal starting point for trips to the Lüneburg Heide, Hamburg and Bremen; Heidepark, Outlet Mall, Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, Cartcenter, Center Park, Wildpark, Serengeti Park, .. We are extremely popular as a transit stop for vacation trips and are close to the Autobahn. Experience peace.

Rade is located on the direct border to Hamburg between Nordheide and Altem Land on the southern city border to Hamburg. In 15 minutes you are in the city of Hamburg via the A1. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

Our little apartment is placed near the famous nature reserve "Lüneburger Heath", which offers a lot of activities like hiking, biking or horse riding. Starting from here is just a stone's throw to the "Heidepark Soltau" (amusement park), Snow dome Bispingen (ski park), Wildpark Lüneburger Heide and Serengeti Park (wildlife parks), etc… Take your bike or grab your horse and conquer the area! You are welcome to bring your domestic animals with you!

Idyll, Rest & Relaxation – all this offers you our sustainable & building biology shepherd's wagon. Caravan muff ade, because here it smells pleasantly of wood. Cosy bunk beds, a small pantry kitchen and a table with comfortable seating for up to 4 people complete the whole. Bath, shower & toilet are accessible in the main house.

Are you looking for a special kind of forest experience? Enjoy a stay in our idyllic and fully equipped holiday home in the south of the Lüneburg Heath. Whether on long walks or bike rides, coffee and cake enjoyment on the terrace or a barbecue experience on the fire barrel, it is entirely up to you. The forest house is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and sauna hut.

Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). The laundry room

In our former laundry room there used to be a large wash tub, the fireplace has remained and we plan to connect a small cozy stove. The charming cottage is now a light-flooded bright room because we opened the ceiling and installed 3 skylights. A ladder can be used to climb to the 2nd sleeping place. There are 2 more mattresses there. The kitchen is well equipped. A cozy spot in front of the house invites you to linger.
