Family-friendly holiday rentals in Williamson County

My 2 teen daughters & I spent 2 months (mid Jan- mid Mar) at Paula's place. Lovely views from within most of the condo, comfy furniture & beds, large master bath, very functional kitchen w/ pretty much whatever we needed. Loads of dishes, silverware, pots & pans. Awesome Ninja blender that we used daily. Paula was very kind & responsive. Very easy to work with. Deck was nice w/ plenty of its own furniture & morning/early afternoon sun. The gym was small but mostly well outfitted. Rarely too crowed. It was a windy road to & from the condo & I kept wishing I had a sports car every time I drove it, haha. I'm not a city gal, so I intentionally chose a place out of the city that was quiet. But when we wanted to, the city was easy enough to access w/in 40 min w/o paying tolls. We saw a few concerts, visited the main Austin sites, & caught the vibes during SXSW. It was a good location to visit surrounding small towns and do some nature walking/hiking, as well. I definitely recommend it!

We took a family trip to spend the weekend and watch the eclipse. Mark’s place was pet friendly and had a hot tub that we enjoyed! We had room to play games indoors and outdoors. Mark was gracious enough to let us check out later to allow for eclipse viewing from his property. He was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a peaceful and amazing trip!

Overall great stay!!! Very worth the $$! The grounds are simply gorgeous! My favorite spot was the view from our balcony!

Very good place to stay. Came to town for a quick business trip and it suited me perfectly. Hosts communicated great and went above and beyond. Strongly recommend

We love The Island! This is the third time and this condo afforded us some privacy with 2 large bedrooms. This unit also has a washer and dryer not all units have this amenity. We will be back and if this unit is available we will stay here again.

We enjoyed our little weekend getaway, it felt like we were on vacation just closer to home. We will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was well-stocked and convenient to have. The view was absolutely stunning and made our time there even more special. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Ames’ place was very spacious and comfortable for us, we were a big group of 12 + a small dog and had no issues at all. The view was beautiful and peaceful and the location is great, just 8 min away from Bob Wentz park and The Oasis. Parking was easy to find following the instructions provided. Thank you Ames for being a great host!

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Everything as described and overall very nice stay. House is comfortable and exactly as in pictures. Easy to find. All appliances were in working order and every room was clean. Air conditioning was cranked on when we arrived - cold - something I want and appreciate. The hot tub is very nice and Matthew came by to show us how it worked. It is a small hot tub but a nice touch. Matthew started a nice fire for us as well. Nice place for a family with young kids.

My wife and I stayed three nights . We loved the character of the rock house. My wife. Really loved Feeding the cows. River is close by. We loved downtown georgetown. Sharon was great.

The home was great of course, but what made this booking more special than most was Brittnee's willingness to open her heart and help me out. My initial booking cancelled and It was one week from a huge festival. There was no way I could find nor afford another place for our party in one week. Brittnee happened to have a cancellation as well and she was kind enough to work with me to book her home. You can't always know everyones personal story, especially on an App, but I will be forever grateful to Brittnee for her kind heart. The home is perfect and I look forward to renting from her again!

The sunrise casita was exactly what we needed. It was easy to feel comfortable in this peaceful place. I absolutely appreciated how dog friendly it is. And a great location..far enough away to see all the stars at night but close enough to grab anything last minute, if needed. I would definitely love to visit again or even have a family event here since there are multiple lodging options. Overall it was a great getaway!

This is such a great house for our girls weekend! It had everything we needed and was close enough to downtown to still explore the city. The views are amazing and the pool made it so perfect to hang out and not feel like we had to go anywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I enjoyed this place for our weekend getaway. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Also, The Island Bar and Grill was great to have in the building. I’ll definitely recommend again.

The place was great and so was the host James. Everything was as described and James was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely book again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay would stay again

We rented the property for our son and daughter-in-law for the week for Christmas. Location was great and property was as advertised. Quiet, quality place. Will use again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We most likely will be back and recommend others to stay here as well. The value was great for the place and view. There were a few minor wear and tears on items but we didn’t stay in the room long enough for it to affect our stay or opinion. I absolutely loved how spacious the balcony is, the seating areas, and the ability to see the pool and the lake at the same time. It was an amazing view. There were a few minor issues with plumbing in the garage but we weren’t near or at the room so honestly we wouldn’t have known anything about it if the host wouldn’t have communicated it. I believe this is a gem and I’ll definitely stay again.

This place was absolutely the best! Great pictures. Very accurate. Great location! Great hosts! Very informative. Checked in with me making sure all was well and reminded me of check out time and process. This I can say was one of the best Hosts and places I’ve ever stayed. Very satisfied and will Definitely book again with them!

Steve’s place was absolutely fantastic for our family! We had last minute needs to vacate our home for a few days and Steve was very accommodating and responsive. The home was clean, well stocked and so well located in the Hollows. It turned into a really lovely family weekend as we were able to enjoy all of the amenities that the house and community had to offer. Definitely recommend!
