It has a view of the State Park and just a few mins walk to the tallest lighthouse in Washington. No ocean view but located in one of the newest buildings with great amenities such as big jetted tub inside and pool, hot tub, gym, putting green, basketball court, outdoor play area, bbq area, etc. outside. Spacious End Unit ~ Hot Tub ~ Beach Access!

Our spacious and bright two-bedroom 2nd floor condo (with elevator) is located in building 12 of the lovely Westport by the Sea complex on the beach at the end of Ocean Ave. It has a view of the State Park and the lighthouse and is a very short walk to the beach and ocean front path! No ocean view, but very handy to the pool area and clubhouse. The saltwater pool is heated but seasonal (Open mid-May to mid-Oct) while the hot tub is open all year. We allow early check-in if the unit is ready!

The entrance to the beach is at the Westport Light State Park, only a 1/4 mile walk/drive away. It is also within walking distance of the Grays Harbor Lighthouse and less than 10 minutes to the marina.

Elderberry Eden - Nehalem Riverfront House

River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.
