Kyrston was a great host, very nice and helpful. She showed me around the house and had plenty of offerings of things to drink and snacks in the room. I had good conversation with her and her husband. Overall great people and I would definitely stay again!!!

Leidy was the perfect host. The home could use a few things for nonlocal guest. Washer and Dryer would increase the value. Heating and cooling a bit of a challenge. Putting some seating on the front porch would be great. It’s an excellent place to sit on nicer days.

Everyone was very friendly. Bed was really soft. Kind of an eclectic hippy kind of vibe. Close enough to downtown Benton for the antique stores and the old filling station restaurant. Close enough to Bill’s Bike Barn and Bloom Naturally health food.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of staying at Mark’s Airbnb during a busy wedding weekend for our friends. From the moment we arrived, Mark’s warmth and hospitality made us feel at home. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and relaxing, even with our busy schedule. Mark is a wonderful cook and made us breakfast to start our day. He surprised us with an upgrade to the honeymoon suite, which was a dream. The open-concept design, walk-in shower, beautiful tile work, and open toilet & tub left us in awe. Mark, an incredibly talented artist, has paintings displayed throughout the house, adding to the charm of the space. The property, with its ponds, waterfalls, and bunnies, felt like a peaceful oasis. Mark’s kindness, respect, and fascinating story truly restored our faith in humanity. We loved learning about his journey and how he created this special Airbnb. Exactly what it says on the box- a nice, quiet, convenient place to stay for visiting medical professionals. Rooms and shared spaces were clean, other guests were quiet and respectful. Three shared bathrooms that you'll never have to wait for, and the kitchen is well-kept. There is limited freezer space, but there are three fridges with enough space for everyone. Shared Keurig machine available. Plenty of parking spaces if you include the courthouse side parking. Super reasonable prices. Only qualm I had was that the rooms were kept a little cold- definitely a consideration when bringing linens and bedding. I would absolutely stay here again!
