The 32 m² apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. The beautiful design of the furniture gives our apartment its special charm. The dining and kitchen area are the center of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and coffee maker. An electric kettle and toaster are a matter of course. There is one double bed and a sleeping couch. The initial laundry equipment with bed linens and towels is included in the rental price. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

Without hesitating we like to offer our apartment which is properly cleaned/sanitized and completely isolated from other people. Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.
