Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

The apartment is located in Auendorf, a small village of 500 inhabitants with a lot of nature. Less than 100 m from the edge of the forest, we have plenty of opportunities for hiking. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed that can be separated into single beds (please contact us) and the living room with a large sofa bed for two people. The kitchen includes everything necessary for a successful vacation (including a filter coffee machine).

Right in front of the house the car can be parked, from where you can reach the separate entrance directly via a beautiful staircase. The covered, south-facing terrace connects directly to the apartment and has access to the garden.
