Cozy 1-room basement apartment in the Bavarian Forest. Get out of the hustle and bustle and into the silence. Pleasantly cool in summer, cozy warm in winter. 38 km away from Regensburg. Nestled in powerful nature, right outside the front door. My large natural garden is located right on the edge of the forest. There is enough space to be undisturbed. Great for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing. A public outdoor swimming pool and a Kneipp pool next door refresh your vacation. I speak English. Welcome!

For romantic, relaxed days in nature, away from stress, just for two, for lovers, for those in need of rest, for garden lovers - just switch off - our guest house (approx. 40 sqm) offers all of this in the middle of our garden (8000 sqm), surrounded by forest and church. For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Cozy and bright apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden incl. a grill area and an outdoor shower with hot water. Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Close to the city but still in the nature. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Cozy AtelierHaus im Bayerische Wald

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

Recreational oasis in the Bavarian Forest

This small idyllic gem is located on the adjacent Bavarian Forest. Quietly located, it is fabulous for relaxation, but is also the perfect starting point for hiking, Nordic walking and mountain bike tours. A beautiful terrace with sunbathing lawn allows you to end your eventful day with a glass of wine in a romantic atmosphere.
