GreyWood

Szarewood is a 19th-century cottage at the end of the road in the village of Szare, in a quiet area close to the forest, with a murmuring stream in the background. There are only two houses in the immediate vicinity, so you are more likely to meet roe deer and deer at the fence than people :) We arranged the house with early retirement in mind. However, life has changed our plans, so we want to give others a chance to feel the freedom that this place gives. If you are looking for peace and quiet and like contact with nature, this is the perfect place for you.

Chajda under Javor

A cottage in the style of alpine chalets near a ski resort. Private outdoor wellness. Shared spaces suitable for celebrations, business and relaxation with HBO and Netflix. Spacious rooms with private bathroom and balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Terrace with fireplace/grill. Parking for 3 vehicles. Within walking distance 2 restaurants, Kysucká koliba about 0.8 km, Solisko guesthouse about 1.2 km. In front of the cottage, there is a hiking trail and a bike trail. Municipal playground for ball sports, mini golf, climbing wall nearby.

Chata Vychylovka

The cozy cottage is located in a quiet part of Vychylovka, on the edge of the village by a stream, surrounded by forest and beautiful nature. It is ideal for rest and relaxation in privacy, but at the same time it offers an excellent location – just a few minutes from the Vychylovka open-air museum with a forest railway. Nearby you will find plenty of hiking trails, cycling trails and ski resorts. Great place for families, couples and friends. Relax in the hot tub, which is available to guests for a fee of €90 for the entire stay.

New Apartment South terraces- with private jacuzzi

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

Rajska Chata in the mountains with a hot tub and sauna

The "Rajska Chata" cottage in Smereków Wielki is located in the heart of the Żywiec Beskids at an altitude of 830 m above sea level, right next to the border with Slovakia. The property is located in the village of Soblówka, known for its rich offer of mountain trails. The location away from busy streets provides peace, quiet and the opportunity to rest among the mountain peaks. The location guarantees unforgettable views of the entire Żywiec Beskids and part of the Silesian Beskids.

Helena Studio in the center

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

The apartment is located right in the city center near Hlinkovo Square, parking is included in the rental price, the apartment is 45 m2 and is located on the first floor. The apartment has a separate bedroom, the kitchen is fully equipped, separate toilet, washing machine, TV, WIFI. Parking for one car. Parking is next to the house. The historical center, park, shopping centers, bus and train station are 3 minutes away on foot

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.

Miejsce oddalone od centrum w odleglosci ok 3.5km co sprawia ze domek jest na uboczu dokoła otacza las, natura, dzikie zwierzatka i co najwazniejsze cisza i spokój. To właśnie stąd prowadzą szlaki m.in. na Halę Rycerzową ,Muńcul, Przegibek Bendoszka i inne okoliczne góry jak i sciezki rowerowe.
