Second stay - gracious Host. Had a problem with Steam Shower not working till last day of stay that was a selling feature for us to book. Dohl was fast to respond but did take a couple days to correct. Would book again.

We had a great stay!! Everything was as the pictures. We were in town for my daughter’s birthday and she felt like the house was a mini resort just for her haha! We’ve stayed in the area many times and this was one of the best! The pool was lovely and we felt right at home! We would recommend and stay again!

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless from start to finish. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

We stayed here with two other couples for a wedding weekend and absolutely loved it! The backyard was our favorite part — perfect for relaxing, enjoying the Arizona sun, and spending time together. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made meals and snacks super easy. All of the beds were really comfortable, and the house was spotless and well-maintained. The location was also ideal — close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home and yard were very well put together. We loved the pool table and games. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Would definitely book again, if we come back to Phoenix!

Perfect home for our family of 6! Bedrooms each having their own bathroom and balcony was a huge plus! Beautiful home inside and out. Watching the sunrise poolside is something we’ll never forget. Pictures are amazing but don’t do it justice. The home itself had comfortable beds, great water pressure, plenty of kitchen items, amazing natural light, and just made us feel at home. Having restaurants and grocery stores within minutes was awesome. We’ve stayed all over AZ, but Fountain Hills and this home is probably our favorite yet. May not be walkable for some, as it is a pretty steep walk to town, but having the option was a plus. Would stay at this property or any of Jeff’s properties if he has others. We absolutely loved it!

The house was absolutely beautiful, the views were gorgeous as well. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back. It is so close to everything yet secluded which was very nice. The host answered all my questions right away and was very helpful.

We arrived to a very clean and roomy house. Pool area is amazing. If you are horse people the facilities are great. Grocery stores and down town shopping are blocks from the house. This place is dog friendly . If you need anything from Kellie the owner she answers you right away. Highly recommend.

My family of four enjoyed staying here. We loved using the pool. We found a couple of great restaurants nearby. The hosts were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We would definitely book this place again.

Our week long stay at this beautiful house was great . More than enough room , nice outdoor seating with a pool and a grill . Angela and her husband are great hosts. Angela was very helpful and always responded quickly to any of my messages .

We loved our stay at Scott and Glenda's Place! We had a family event to attend and needed a place in Buckeye. We had our grandchildren stay over with us and it was perfect. The pool is amazing- we asked to have it heated. It was worth the surcharge! The house was squeaky clean and beautifully decorated. Every kitchen, sleeping and bath amenity was provided-even pool toys and an inflator! The bbq was fun for poolside lunch! Scott and Glenda were responsive to all of our questions and were so thoughtful. We will love to stay at Blue Door Retreat again- and probably will! The location is perfect to visit our family!

Our stay was amazing. We got into the area earlier than expected and were able to check in early. We used local recommendations to get some great chips/salsa/guac. The house was so beautiful and the pool was amazing and warm. The Arizona heat is no joke and the pool was a life saver!

This home truly felt like a safe haven. It was an escape that was peaceful and relaxing. Had everything we needed, and was a great for keeping the kids entertained! The karaoke machine was a huge hit and even having the outdoor speaker for the pool time was such a thoughtful touch. Glenn was very communicative and always responded immediately. If you’re looking for a home that feels like your own house this has everything you could possibly need!

We had a great time at Nic’s place with our children. There was so much to do at the property, the kids called it a “fun house” and did not want to leave. The location is perfect near shopping, dining, and freeways. We would definitely stay here again.

Our experience was beyond expectation! They have ranch animals and are willing to do a tour where our girls pet horses, sheep, dogs, cats, and saw chickens, geese, and more! They have a mulberry tree that you can pick and try ones that are ready. The house is bigger than expected with plenty of outside seating! This was our Daisy Troop first camping experience, they felt safe especially with Peppin, Mary and Princess always coming by to check on them! We will definitely be back a second time!

The place was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. The host gave very clear instructions on finding the place and left bottled water in the fridge for us. He also provided coffee and some breakfast bars in the kitchen and small toiletries to use in the bathroom. There is a small seating area on the deck where you can sit and enjoy the view and the birds singing. Beside the deck is a small fire pit area complete with wood to use, although we didn’t have time to use it. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It was a wonderful place to stay at. Thank you for opening up your place. We will definitely come back again.

John’s place was paradise. Being a remote location allowed us to really unwind from everything we was doing while on vacation. Sitting on the deck looking at the sky to sitting by the fire was very peaceful. You don’t hear the highway and barely see the lights from the city. We was able to take our dogs on hikes all up and down the wash. John has a map on the wall of a trail near by in the wash and we enjoyed taking our Ford Raptor on. Any question I had John responded quickly. The home is exactly as described. We stayed for 7 days and already looking at when we can book this again but for two weeks on our next cross country trip. Thank you John for sharing this place with us and looking forward to staying there again soon

This is a nice cozy little house but with three bedrooms is very comfy. The neighborhood was very quiet for us.

I was elated to find this listing and happy to be able to reserve it for my visit! My visit was perfect as I was looking for a place for a getaway to clear my head. I believe I have higher standards than normal for cleanliness and I felt right at home here. Two things I noted, one being the truck traffic that I could hear after dark that wasn’t an issue and the second thing was evening train that passed by which I loved. Maria came by daily to make sure I had clean towels and whatever else I needed, which was perfect. I noticed the horse pasture right away and was able to see the horses playing. How fun was that and if I didn’t see the horses I would’ve never know they were there because I didn’t smell them. Surely I will return as there was much to do in the area yet as it was, I wasn’t there for the amenities just in peace and quiet to clear my head. The McDonald’s across the street needs to up their game as I stopped in for a late night snack and their french fries were stale !😝

Great house! They have everything you need. Nice back yard. Clean and well stocked kitchen.
