Our apartment is located in the heart of the Jeseníky Mountains, near the Základna rychlebských stezek (Base of the Rychlebské stezky trails). It is surrounded by meadows and forests, in complete privacy. There are quarries and ponds for swimming, castle ruins, and beautiful walks can be taken right from the door. On foot, by bike, even with a stroller. Jeseník Spa is over the hill, culture lovers will appreciate the Dance Hall in Račí údolí or the castle in Javorník. Do you like good coffee and something good? At Eleanor café in Žulová, they will take care of you royally.

Settlement Behind the mountains behind the woods Squirrel

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a former German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a 70 m terrace plus a half-timbered house, the equipment of the old village has been preserved. You can use the private library in the part of the house where the hosts live. The meadow is a natural habitat for wild animals. The terrace (dining and relaxation area) is also used for observing nature. Next to the house, there is an old orchard (hammocks), sunny and shaded places for those seeking peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

Sierpnica Mountain Haven. Little Owl Cottage

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. We are looking forward to your visit!

My place is good for: couples, business travelers, and families (with children). You rent the house and garden exclusively, you can barbecue and relax in the garden or on the route. We want you to feel like you are with your family on vacation, we have fresh flowers, nice decorations and there is always a nice surprise waiting for you. The house is a short distance from a shop, pharmacy, bus stop. 10 km from Wrocław and 7 km to the small charming town of Trzebnica with walking routes, swimming pool, restaurants.

Bukowe Zacisze

An atmospheric 1920s house exclusively with a private sauna, hot tub and private entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

A mountain cottage with a sauna and hot tub and a living room with a fireplace in Sierpnica has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. There is also a large covered terrace and a cozy fire pit with an adjustable grate, wood for the fireplace and fire pits provided. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

Uraz Water King 7 person floating houseboat

Water King is a houseboat for 7 people. Available as a floating home until November 30, 2025, and from April 2026, weather permitting. Rentals are available only on a residential basis, with no floating allowed during the December-March period. Lower prices apply during this time. Onboard: a kitchen with a living room overlooking the water, bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, sunny terraces, underfloor heating, air conditioning with a heating function, and independent gas heating for winter.

Perfect for up to 6 guests – it offers 2 boho-style bedrooms, a cozy bathroom, a living room with kitchen, and a spacious terrace. Surrounded by meadows and forests, with only a few houses in the distance, close to the Nysa River and the village of Morzyszów. An ideal place to relax, enjoy sunsets, and recharge.

We do not accept groups of men only.
