A Million Dollar View! To get a view like this you’d have a terrible drive to get to it but the cabin is very convenient to the highway with only a mildly steep but short driveway. The Cabin was made from lumber cut off the land it sits on. Reclaimed Wood floors, reclaimed brick fireplace, rock chimney, wood focus walls and wainscoting throughout the cabin to separate this cabin from all the others. I got a big deck. It’s not the biggest deck ever but everyone loves this deck. You’ll see!

We have been campers in past years but since we are now OLD we prefer staying in homes. Over the past few years we have stayed in quite a few, however, we have never stayed in one where it seemed a lot of thought had gone into providing everything needed or wanted. Rita has thought of EVERYTHING! It's the little things that make a difference. Example: The last one we stayed in had one small towel rack in the bathroom and none of the over-the-door hangers. These are very inexpensive and would have made a big difference. There were flower arrangements all over the place and it was just a very comfortable place to be. There were six of us, four of whom are over 80. We were there for a Bluegrass Festival so we didn't have a lot of time just to be there and enjoy the home but maybe next time we will. There is even a covered area for parking the cars and another one for cooking out Thank you Rita for providing such a beautiful home in such a beautiful setting.

We had a great stay! The home is absolutely gorgeous and so clean. We loved the privacy on the deck and the hot tub with an unbelievable view. Had several family game nights upstairs too! Anita was so quick to respond to the couple questions I had prior to our arrival, super helpful and friendly. It was the perfect home away from home!

I loved my stay at their cabin. It had everything we expected. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. They thought of EVERYTHING. You can tell they take extreme care when preparing the cabin for visitors. They had sticks for roasting marshmallows, they had firewood, already set out next to the fire pit, they had it all. The attention to detail was very impressive. The view from the porch was lovely. You can sit in the hot tub and watch the fire flies at night. During my stay I purposed to my now fiancé. I cannot say enough about the cabin and Sandy and Chuck. They helped make my stay in North Carolina special. We will be staying there again.
