We loved our stay in Wakefield. Lynda's place is so lovely and full of charm and character. Located right on the main street in Wakefield you're steps away from local restaurants, the boardwalk along the river, shops and walking trails. We visit Wakefield often and stayed here while our house was getting some work done. The apartment was clean, cosy and comfortable. Really enjoyable stay.

Michael was a very responsive host. Really appreciate him and all he did to help us.

Spacious bottom suite, ideal for a family. The host was extremely nice and helpful. The backyard was absolutely beautiful where we enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. Would definitely stay again when visiting Calabogie.

Michel’s place was really beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. It had everything you need and more! We spent a week with our dog enjoying the perfect location and space. From hot tub to the pellet stove to the arcade game, this truly has everything you need to relax and enjoy. From pre check in to check out, Michel was an outstanding host who was always responsive and helpful. He is so kind and warm always willing to help if we needed anything at all. Truly a superb host! We really would love to come back someday.

A quiet relaxing stay even with the mix of dogs, goats, chickens, rabbit, pigs and ducks. Swimming in the lake was beautiful and hiking at Mont Morissette a must which is not far from Jennifer’s place. Definitely would recommend.

Craig's place was great! I was in town for a car racing weekend and it was only 5 minutes away from the track which was perfect after a long day. It had everything we needed and was in a beautiful area right on the lake. Will definitely book again when I am in town for racing next year and recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Calabogie.

This place is incredibly peaceful, with beautiful surroundings. There's a great walking path—about 3 km one way. There’s also a canoe and a kayak available, which is a great bonus. Suzanna and Fred were the perfect hosts. We shared many wonderful conversations, and they were always helpful with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We would definitely go back happily and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Just don’t forget your bug spray!

Absolutely lovely spot! We had such a relaxing time here. There was lots to do; kayaking, fishing off the dock, board games, Roku and more. Such a cozy vibe- we are definitely adding it to our list for future getaways. Kees was a great host; very easy to follow instructions and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning setting and a very clean and well appointed rental. Charming vibe and super cozy set up. Amazing master suite and also very comfortable secondary suite. My family all felt “right at home” and we would definitely consider returning on our next visit to the Ottawa area. Jumped in the Ottawa River on May 18th and can attest to the cleanliness of the water and the nice sandy beach! Exceptional place to relax, refresh and recharge! Amazing place to stay! Beautifully well designed and very clean rental space. Instructions were clear and concise. Igor was quick to respond to my questions.

The house was very beautiful and the environment very quiet. Everything is well equipped and well appointed. The only small thing that we didn't like was that there was hair in one of the beds when we arrived. The dishes were also sometimes dirty, but I think it's the responsibility of the former tenants. The location is great, close to amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lorie's cottage! The cottage was incredibly clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and more. Despite the first two days being cold and rainy, we had a fantastic time indoors, spending quality time with our kids playing board games and doing puzzles. Once the weather improved, we took full advantage of the lake. The water was warm and perfect for swimming, and we loved having access to kayaks, a pedal boat, and paddle boards. It's the ideal place for a peaceful escape, and we would highly recommend Lorie's cottage to anyone looking for a quiet retreat.

We had such a great stay at Severine’s! The kitchen was very well stocked, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. We were especially impressed by all the toys and thoughtful touches for toddlers—it made the stay so much easier and more fun for our little ones. The play structure out front was a fantastic bonus and quickly became one of our favourite spots to visit as a family. We also loved using the paddle boards out on the calm water, just steps away. The views were stunning from the cottage. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for families looking for a cozy, kid-friendly place to stay! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The place is very nice, the kids liked the small sand beach. The water is very clean and nice to swim and fish. Views are amazing, and the store right across the street has everything you might need during the stay. Goran is great in communication.

Jamie was a very good host and was able to respond quickly to any questions I had. The Airbnb itself was easy to find and in a good area with great accommodations. It was very clean and definitely a good deal, especially with how close it is to Mont Ste Marie.

Great place to stay! Out cottage was a bit small in the living/kitchen area but we made due. Close to the public boat launch which had alot of traffic but that was ok. Water was beautiful and beach area was perfect. Goran was always available to help with questions about his place. My family and fur baby had a wonderful weekend away. The store across the street is dangerous if you have children who like ice cream lol
