The sandy shore is the perfect place to relax. The home sits on a 2.5 acre wooded lot filled with aromatic evergreens. The cabin is ideal for couples looking for a cozy quiet retreat, and there's also plenty of sleeping space for families or groups to make many happy memories. We hope you make yourself at home!

The Hogstad Homestead

The Hogstad Homestead has been in our family for nearly 70 years. The name is in honor of my great grandparents Ardell&Elaine Hogstad who bought the property in the early 1950's. They raised their two children there and also operated a farm for many years. Since then it has been home to many family members. In 2017 my husband & I had the opportunity to buy it. It was home to us for 5 amazing years where we created many happy memories. We are now ready to share this special property with others!

Cozy up to your loved ones, relax with friends, or find inspiration in this luxury cabin in the woods. Moss Hill cabin is named after Moss Hill Summit located ten miles southeast of the cabin. Moss Hill sleeps four and is non-smoking. Get your front row sunset seats on the private patio and relax by the fire. Immerse yourself in the tranquility and come stay us.

A Suite Getaway

You'll love this place because of the spectacular views, horses, wildlife, fishing, hiking and hot tub for relaxing, a romantic getaway or simply just girl time. This spot is perfect for couples or solo adventurers! A unique suite is attached to an elegant vintage peg barn. Space for bringing horses, snowmobiles or ATV's since we have trails. A mile away from snowmobile trails and 25 mins from a State Park. Also, perfect for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fire pit available as well.

Sonney Lodge

Perched on a hilltop in scenic Newcomb Valley, Sonney Lodge provides a quiet, country setting while still only a 10 minute drive to downtown Arcadia. Located on a dead end with a private drive and no through traffic, the lodge features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and lower level entertainment room. A covered deck wraps around 2 sides of the home offering spectacular views of the surrounding hills and countryside.

Backwaters lodge

This cabin sits overlooking a beautiful view of the water where you will see all types of wildlife. The eagles sit in the giant oak trees just off the porch. Walk down to the dock and drop a line in for fishing. .The state bike/snowmobile/hiking trail is within 3 minutes. The boat landing is 1 mile away. You have your own private dock. We also just added a hatchet throwing target We charge a 25.00 per visit pet fee.

Cozy log cabin on 40 private wooded acres with a south facing wall of windows to enjoy looking at the outdoors. Its off the beaten path, but five miles from the recreational hub of Hatfield, WI and the Black River Forest. We offer a private cabin for up to 4 guests. South Enjoy the outdoors: hiking, canoe/kayaking, AtVing, XC and downhill skiing, hunting, fishing, mountain biking etc.

Tamarack Point Homestead is located between Arcadia, WI and Centerville, WI in the beautiful valley of Tamarack. This scenic 150 year old homestead has an outbuilding loft that allows you to enjoy the country lifestyle and experience the best that Trempealeau County has to offer. Certified to operate by the Trempealeau County Health Department.
