It is a 15 minute drive to the Missouri River: fishing, beaches, canoeing, swimming. This home has a single stall garage and plenty of driveway space for boats. The backyard has a concrete patio with table and chairs for relaxing after a long day at the river or on the road while you enjoy the view of Platte’s South Park pond.

Experience some of the wold's best sunsets on our farm, just a few miles off of I-90. Hop on the interstate with quick access to the Corn Palace in Mitchell or Al's Oasis in Chamberlain. We're only 4 hours from Mount Rushmore, so it's a perfect stopping point to relax for a day (or several) before your final push to this beauty. Get away from it all when you stay in this unique barn in the country. Lots of room for family get togethers with wide open spaces. Living space is located at the top of the barn with open space and bathroom on main level. Also a cozy loft with king size bed. We have a fire pit to enjoy beautiful South Dakota evenings as well has ping pong and corn-hole. Please be aware that there are 30 stairs to the living quarters. There are several public hunting/fishing areas nearby.

The Carriage House is a private, separate dwelling located on the property of Molly's Manor B&B. Unique and comfortable, 525 sq. ft. No step entry. Main floor includes a bedroom with one Queen-size bed, a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen with appliances and cookware, and bathroom with a large shower; W/D. Two full-size beds in the upstairs loft, including a futon. Non-smoking, pet-free. Minisplit for AC/heat, Smart TV and WiFi. Plenty of parking for vehicles/boat.
