I had a wonderful stay at Gail’s place. Her staff is warm and welcoming and treat you like family. The location is great arguably one of the best locations on seven Mile Beach. I will definitely return.

The location could not be beat - waking up on the 7 mile beach is exactly what I was looking for. Ethan’s place was just as pictured. Very comfortable with all amenities, close to all shopping areas and restaurants with a mini mart on site. I did have some trouble checking in but that was quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend.

This was a very grand, authentic Jamaican experience beginning with Jillians excellent communication skills&patience answering all questions. We came with a party of 10 ranging in ages from 6 months to 60 years old. Not even a teenager had a complaint. & when the babies were fussy everyone went above&beyond to help get their needs met as if they were their own children. I have never even visited a hotel or resort that was as clean, comfortable or accommodating as the BNB was for us. Whatever we wanted to do there were no worries or problems doing them, from partying &tourist activities to relaxing$regrouping Food was delicious, from local spots and out on the town but the BEST meals were made at home from the heart. You could taste the love put into each meal. Thank you so much Mama Janette, Jillian, and Jason for making us feel so much at home it was like being a part of your family. And don’t forget to stop at the local bar and tell Big Daddy(the owner) Chastity said Hi

Overall, I was very happy with my stay. Elvis is a great host and did so much for us while we were there. It felt like having our own personal guide & cook the whole time we were there. Elvis gave us recommendations of places to go, cooked authentic food for our whole group twice a day (7 people), and took us around Negril to the beach & supermarket when we needed. Seriously, he's really great and elevated this AirBnb from mediocre to amazing. The accommodations themselves are pretty basic (no hot water, no AC, yes fridge, yes fan), but they're roomy and don't have any glaring problems. The only thing I disliked was the loud bar across the street, but even they were willing to turn off the music at a reasonable hour most nights. Also there are some annoying roosters in the neighborhood that make noise early in the morning, but what can you do. It's still Jamaica haha. You can walk 5 minutes to catch a taxi or have Elvis take you places in Negril.

Beautiful accommodations, well situated to the beach 150 feet! Bar, chairs, umbrella and the vibes were fantastic! The best part for us was having Susan as our housekeeper who cooked authentic Jamaican meals every night and kept our fridge full and facility clean! Fitzroy is the grill master and go to guy for everything else. Never had to leave our sunny home and the service was over the top! Great place and will be back!

Unforgettable Villa was absolutely beautiful! My girl friend and I wanted to be in the sun, on the beach, without too many distractions, and that is exactly what we got. The Villa is far from the airport and the roads and rough, which should be considered when booking. The groundskeeper, Juba, was wonderful and definitely contributed to the incredible experience we had during our stay— he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our space. The property itself was very beautiful… being able to walk out onto our balcony each morning to watch the pelicans hunt and the fish jump around, followed by beautiful sunsets in the evening was just breathtaking. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for our little slice of heaven!!

Villa Optima is a beautiful spot right on a peaceful beach. It was very clean with lovely furnishings and decorations and a nice pool in the back. Paolo was very helpful when we had trouble with our car. We enjoyed meeting him.

Me and the other guests absolutely loved the house and all the beautiful antiques. It is very spacious and equipped with most everything we needed. What ever else we needed, it was promptly provided. The property manager greeted us and made us feel very comfortable. She was very nice and friendly. Alexis was very easy to communicate with and to rectify any errors made in listed amenities. I plan to stay here again if I come back to Mandeville Jamaica.

WOW! Our group of 10 had the best experience this past week! Richie was the most gracious, helpful, fun caretaker. He showed us around town and took us to some secret gems. Auntie Jo and Runa were fabulous cooks. The porridge is TO DIE FOR! We also had Runa make us an authentic sweet potato pudding for our last meal and we all raved about how delicious it was! The rooms were all very well kept and had comfortable beds. They are separate and it allows for a private feel even amongst a large group. We were able to swim in the ocean on the first 2 days when the water was calm and it was like heaven. We recommend having a drink and playing some skill games at Carl's (a 2 minute walk from the house). There is also a small market right next to that to get any essentials you may need. The locals in the town were all very nice to us and made us feel welcome. Our group will DEFINITELY be back to enjoy the house, Richie and his family, and the awesome town of Little Bay. Thank you!

Gilles gave us a beautiful place with nice viewings and a kind of private beach. The ride took 2:30h our on jamaican streets, so we recommend not to land in the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also recommend to use a driver and not rent a car. The place was wonderful and totally private. The pool and the rooms were good. Missing AC but it was mentioned in the description so totally fine. When we entered the house, we mentioned, that it was a longer tine uninhabited. The initial clean up before arrival was missing, but that was definitely no show stopper. Gilles was always friendly and responsible. At the end, there was a little misunderstanding with the staff, if the service was included or not in the stay. We solve this with Gilles together. We as a family recommend this place for a calm and sunny stay. Thanks a lot.

we had a great stay here, it's a beautiful spot! the cottage has everything you need for a relaxing time, we cooked a little bit read books and sat often on the terrace watching the butterflies on the garden enjoying the peace and quiet. outdoor shower was nice and really easy access to beach. host was very responsive and checked up on us regularly.

A lovely place with boutique artsy quirks that we assume is Sarah’s artist on display. Loved the floors, felt like walking on the beach at Jurassic Coast. The pool was great. The oxtail dinner was fantastic. Great location, can walk to Jake’s. Had a great time. Did we mention Lulu?

3rd time and I can say that Lethe Estate hasn’t loss its charm. Matthew (Airbnb Host) thank you for accommodating my friends and I, your hospitality knows no bounds. We appreciate effort you put out in ensuring that we are as comfortable as possible. It’s homie with a spectacular view of the river. It still remains my little chateau in the countryside. Already my friends are asking when are we returning.

Sharon and her team were amazing hosts. From start to finish they were incredibly responsive and so very helpful with anything I needed. Audrey is a gifted chef and you won’t find a better meal elsewhere. She’s the best! We felt safe and right at home. The drive from Montego Bay is ROUGH. If you’re not up for an adventure, take their suggestion and get a driver to pick you up. Special thanks to Rebecca, Audrey, McCarl and Novia for making our trip extra special.

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb. The property was comfortable and had most of the essentials for a family beach holiday. It’s in a great location — quiet but close enough to the Negril strip. We’d seen reviews about insects and low water pressure, but we didn’t experience any issues. The private beach, pool, and views (wow, that view!) really made the stay. You’ll definitely need a car to get around, but with one, everything is within easy reach in Negril. Overall, a great base for a relaxed and enjoyable trip.

We felt very comfortable at Errol's villa from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by AnnMarie. The home definitely delivers on the beautiful views promised and it was shiny clean, uncluttered and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need including good quality cookware, dishware, glasses, cutlery and knives, as well as a nice selection of spices. There are wonderful outdoor spaces - including the private gazebo which is great for morning coffee and for those incredible sunsets! In the afternoon, the backyard provided some nice shade to lounge in. The community was safe and everyone, from security guards to other residents, was friendly. It was a 10-12 minute walk, including about 5 minutes through the jungle trail, to get to the start of Bloody Bay beach. Both Errol and AnnMarie were responsive and easy to communicate with. Great recommendations for a local driver (Nie) and a massage therapist who came to the Villa (Moya). Highly recommend Errol's villa.

We enjoyed our stay! It bs a private beach or a quick taxi ride will get you to both Bloody Bay and 7 Mile beaches I suggest stopping at the grocery store for necessities and toilet paper on your way to the apartment.
