2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease. Backyard & dog run unavailable April - August 2026.

Complete with full kitchen, 65" 4k TV, a King bed, and a shared HOT TUB! 4 beds total, sleeping a maximum of 6 people - 1 King, 1 pull out Queen, 1 twin, and one rollaway twin. Space has a kitchen and is fully furnished for your basic needs, including all cooking essentials, bedding, basic toiletries, and towels. There is one queen bed and a sofa that pulls out to a twin bed. Great location near the highway and close to the interstate. A cozy, clean and simple living space. Pull right up to the property and park right by the entrance for easy in and out access.

The backyard is fully fenced in. Pets are welcome (2 max, 30 lbs or less). Located on a dead end street so it gives you privacy and peace and quiet. Access the the whole top floor 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Separate unit downstairs.
