Chata Motycky

Completely renovated historic stone house, built by the founder of the village Anton Motyčka in 1831, the house has a ground floor and 2 floors, with a total living area of 190 m2, 4 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilet. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. The house is furnished in a period style. Glass entrance porch and garden available only for guests Barbecue and fireplace in front of the house just a few meters from the water reservoir and a beautiful stream.

The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

House in Vranč

Our accommodation is an ideal starting point for a variety of summer and winter activities and is also suitable for a day's rest in the garden surrounded by Wallachian hills. The house offers one separate bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor, on the first floor there is a room with one double bed, a living area with a sofa bed and a kitchen, bathroom and balcony. View from all rooms to the garden. Right behind the house there are two ski lifts, nearby the Kohůtka resort, Lake Balaton and a bike path.

The cozy cottage is made with Tuscan charm. It is situated in a secluded area overlooking a peaceful lake. A spacious terrace with outdoor seating is ideal for enjoying coffee and meals. The private pond is only accessible to guests, ideal for relaxing on the pier, fooling around on a water dolphin or having a picnic. Swimming only at your own risk. The Provencal kitchen is fully equipped with open shelves, wooden furniture and classic accessories. Includes a huge functional oven with outlets up to the duvets.

LakeSide House je moderný dom pri jazere, ktorý poskytuje maximálne pohodlie a pokoj v krásnom prírodnom prostredí. Dom je kompletne zariadený. V záhrade je paletové posedenie, kde si môžete oddýchnuť. Dom má kapacitu 6 lôžok a izby s výhľadom na jazero. Nachádza sa len 250 metrov od priehrady Nitrianske Rudno, čo je skvelé pre rodiny s deťmi a turistov. K dispozícii sú hojdačka, trampolína, ohnisko, detský domček a futbalová bránka. Hostia si môžu vychutnať čerstvú zeleninu z našej záhrady.

Chata s krásným výhledem na vodní hladinu v Moravském Krasu. Tvoří ji jedna místnost(37m2), kout s vanou a WC. K dispozici máte plně vybavenou kuchyni. Vytápění je řešeno krbem a infrapanelem. Na spaní je připravena manželská postel, jednolůžko a rozkládací gauč pro dva. Zahrada je velká 777m2, má jen jednoho souseda a je celá oplocená. Chata se nachází v přírodě v blízkosti obce Březová v Bílých Karpatech. Naši chatu jsme před pár lety kompletně zrekonstruovali do moderního stylu se zachováním původního tvaru. Je to naše srdcovka a proto jsme se rozhodli umožnit, aby chata dělala radost i ostatním. Naleznete zde wellnes s finskou saunu a jacuzzi, kompletní venkovní posezení s grilem, ohništěm a výhledem na les obklopující chatu a spoustu vychytávek, které věříme, že vám váš pobyt u nás zpříjemní.

Hi, my name is Tiny, I'm a house on wheels and Nikča built me by her own. All day I am surrounded by nature and I have a beautiful view of the lake! Cuckoos and pheasants wake me up every morning. I live in harmony with nature, so I am completely off-grid. I draw energy from the sun, which is not in short supply here. I also have a tank that contains 200 liters of water. I am a small, but otherwise a full-fledged house for life.
