It was away from most of the tourists at Grace Bay. Great walks on the beach. Turks is small enough you can get most anywhere on the island in just minutes by car. Onsite resuraunt was real handy.

We had a lovely stay at Caicos Dreams condo. The condo was great, comfortable, and very clean. The property was beautiful and outstanding. I would rate Collin as a super host as he is so informative, quick to respond, open to suggestions, and seems to really love hosting. Thank you for our wonderful time!

The house was beautifully decorated and is very spacious. Communication with the host was great. The neighborhood felt safe and private. Found some hair in the master bathroom so I believe more attention to details during the cleaning should be given. We also ran out of paper towels as we were only given one roll. Might consider providing a few more household items when guests stay more than just a few days. Otherwise it was an overall good experience.

I absolutely loved staying here with my partner. The place is pristine and has everything you could possibly need. The pool/ backyard area is huge, private, and gorgeous. I didn’t expect to go swimming in the pool as much as we did but it was just irresistible. We were celebrating our anniversary and they left us flowers, champagne, and a lovely card which I found so thoughtful. They even left us coconuts in the fridge which were delicious. Would recommend and stay here again. Thank you guys!

Our host was exceptional—responsive, helpful, and made check-in seamless. They also provided great local recommendations for restaurants, excursions, and hidden beaches. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with unbeatable beachfront access, this is it. We can’t wait to return. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had!
