Lively Chorlton is within walking distance, full of excellent bars and restaurants. The flat is a peaceful haven within easy reach of all Manchester offers.

We have recently renovated the house so there are 2 brand new bathrooms and a new washer dryer and dishwasher installed. There are 2 parking spaces attached the property for guests to use secured in our gated car park. You will not find another house like this one.

You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.
