Mary is the perfect host, makes you feel right at home and very welcome. The location is perfectly situated to access the town, everything is within walking distance. Its also nice and quiet in the evenings

as usual a great place to stay for any couples who want a nice peaceful weekend away. place is spotless and restaurant below is absolutely gorgeous, food as usual gorgeous. I will be back again.

Thanks Jamie, we had a really nice family get together just after Christmas. We enjoyed the house and the amazing gardens. The 2 goats caused great amusement and your beautiful dogs. Right beside the beautiful Ballytrent beach. House lovely and warm and enjoyed snuggling up by the fire at night..

Orla’s place is a little slice of relaxation and perfection. We enjoyed a lovely 2 night stay and felt so at home in her cozy place. Orla is so friendly and helpful. The location is not far from Waterford town and we had an easy time getting a taxi into town and back so we could enjoy ourselves. We sat outside for breakfasts to enjoy the outdoor courtyard, which is really cute and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone wanting some peace and quiet and a tranquil getaway! We will visit again!

Lovely upstairs apartment within short walking distance of the beach. Host had moved out so the place was homely but not cluttered. Would highly recommend.

Highroad House is absolutely amazing, truly a home away from home! The whole place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable, with super cozy beds, reclining sofas, and a kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and a huge fridge for all the goodies we bought. There were so many thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special — phone chargers and USB adapters in the bedrooms, super-fast Wi-Fi (it's a 6, not a B!), throws if it was cold and loads of hot water. Every detail was so well thought out. Holly was fantastic — so friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole booking experience completely stress-free. And the EV charger at the house for guests to use was the cherry on top — a really great bonus! I honestly can’t recommend Highroad House enough. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge, and the ideal base for exploring the stunning local area. We didn’t want to leave, especially as the sun was shining

John’s house is an absolute gem of a property. A beautiful quiet location with the village right on the doorstep and with sea views - what more could you ask for! The house is immaculately kept and is so comfortable. It’s very spacious and lots of thought has gone into the detail so you can switch off from your everyday life to your holiday life with ease. We highly recommend this property if you are heading to the sunny south coast.

A beautiful modern space along the southeastern coast of Ireland. Tucked back in the country but 90 minutes or less drive from Dublin. We were able to walk down to the beach with ease. We also drove down to gorgeous Wexford (~30 minutes). Glendalough National Park is a bit over an hour away. The towns of Blackwater and Kilmuckridge are only ~10 minutes drive and have groceries, pubs, etc. Recommend this place if you want a place to relax, cook dinners, feel peaceful and removed, but also is conducive to day trips. Great space for children. Thank you Claire for such an accommodating stay for my family and me, you were so thoughtful and helpful. We will be back!

Jean made it feel like home, I was with my elderly parents in their 80s visiting my in-laws who really enjoyed it & were happy to park off when my wife & I had to leave them for various reasons. If we back in Gorey as live abroad & will hopefully be able to use Jeans home again.

We have chosen to stay at this place based on great recommendations and reviews and our decision was right. This place is beautier than it is visible on photos. We had an amazing stay on the Hook Peninsula. The house was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with great walks and beaches nearby, and still just a short stroll to the village. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and friendly. We felt really well taken care of. There are so many lovely places to visit in the area, and we especially enjoyed dinner at The Hollow Bar—highly recommend the seafood chowder! Would absolutely stay here again. One of my favorite Airbnb experiences!

Justine has been an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place—it features spacious rooms with plenty of natural light, and a cozy, beautifully decorated living room that’s perfect for unwinding. This is truly a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect place for us - we wanted somewhere clean, warm comfortable, quiet and with 3 bedrooms to accomodate someone visiting us while we were over. The space was modern, well equipped, free from noise and comfortable with heating, warm water, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and oven(s) all working. Helen was responsive before we arrived and left us lots of lovely treats milk, tea and coffee. Couldn't have asked for any more. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing stay Carmel and her husband are great hosts so welcoming so helpful the apartment has everything you could need bed is super comfy and all the farm animals are amazing my partner is upsessed with alpacas camel brought us over to feed them and everything it was an amazing experience thanks do much Carmel we will definitely be back ❤️

We had a great stay in Paul's place. The apartment was very well located within a very well maintained and peaceful community close to the beach. The apartment itself is comfortably furnished to a very nice standard and has everything you need. We would love to stay again.

Nice fellow, and I enjoyed chatting and seeing their paintings. Very large space, and a great location to watch the moon rise. Also just down the road from a warm pub.

Where to start. Firstly, Elaine is definitely one of the nicest people we have met in our lives. She is very welcoming and made us feel at home. The cottage is charming. And offered us everything we needed for the weekend away and much more. The area is very beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, in such a beautiful setting, this was a work stay, however Mary could not have been more helpful. Took booking at very short notice, and provided changes of linen when people swapped over. Super helpful and the setting really was amazing. Very tranquil. Lovely apartment. Next to main house and host was both friendly and available, while being also considerate of space and privacy. Thank you

Nice and quiet location. Accomodation is as the name suggests "Cosy". Modern design and nice little touches throughout the accomodation. Pet friendly also which is ideal!
