Perfect for those want to kick back and enjoy family/friend time. Dogs welcome, Private sandy beach ,outdoor pool, tennis court, 2 community boat launches and large community beach. Fish and crab from the pier. We have 6 bikes, 2 kayaks and 2 sups available for our guests to use. Cook on the gas grill and watch the sun set from the deck hot tub. New construction, modern amenities and craftsman touches by the owner. Rental includes main cottage (3 BR, 2 bath) and guest cottage (1 BR, 0 bath). ADA Friendly. Memorial Day + Labor Day weekends are 3 day minimums, in between those two weekends (summer) we rent Friday to Friday for a 7 night rental.
