Yan’s place was exactly what we needed for a big family resting place. The expectations of the place were well communicated and friendly reminders were plastered all around the house to refer to on our last night and morning. Everyone had a great time, there was a point of great discomfort for me but after speaking with Yan, she assured me of a speedy solution.

My family of 4 absolutely loved staying here for the four nights. It was super clean, extremely well stocked, and comfortable. Not to mention the pool and jacuzzi, the view and the peace and quiet! We would without hesitation book here again! Camille was so nice and communicative we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

Great location, easy walk to Disneyland, quite neighborhood, close to local restaurants, and grocery stores.

We absolutely loved staying at this home! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The home was exactly as described. Traveling with young children, it was great to have so much space within the home for them to play safely and the heated pool and spa were second to none! Our kids lived in the pool outside of the one day we went to Disneyland. We could also see the nightly Disneyland fireworks show from the front yard! The home was clean and had nice touches like books and toys for the kids. The WiFi was great, and having Roku with the TV made it easy to play any movies or shows when we wanted. We loved the fully equipped and open concept kitchen. There is no washer/dryer access but that wasn’t a problem, as there are plenty of affordable wash & fold laundromats nearby that also offer pickup/drop off. Given that the location is so central, delivery services like Target, DoorDash, etc. had plenty of options wih short delivery windows. We will definitely look to stay here again next time!

My daughter and I loved our stay. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. The place was beautiful and clean. We felt right at home. Can’t wait to come back again in August!

My daughter and I had the perfect weekend stay at Ryan’s! The pictures don’t do it justice. Also the pool is salt water which was a huge plus for me, I have very sensitive skin so that was a nice bonus😊 we def will be back!

This place has an amazing value for the price! We could see the ocean from the villa, and the amenities at the resort were great. The villa itself was very spacious. I would stay here again.

I can’t praise Anthony and this spectacular home enough!!! My multigenerational family loved staying at this condo for a Disney vacation and saved on parking costs! My daughter loved the kids room and played dress up with the costumes. Grandma could sleep downstairs on the couch bed without having to walk up the stairs to a bed. Disneyland entrance is a 10 minute walk so we went to Disneyland and Downtown Disney with ease. The supplies for the beach made it easy to go to the beach with all the gear you need. There is nothing Anthony has not thought of and any questions he responds quickly with amazing support! You will love this place!

Right in between both piers gives you a lot of options just on the balboa peninsula, or just a straight shot to the beach! Really fun stay

Sheri’s home is our go to place to stay when in Orange County. It’s in a quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood. Places like Disneyland, Honda Center and Angels Stadium are very accessible from the house. The home is very well represented in the listing. It is very comfortable and homey and makes a great home away from home. The fully fenced in backyard is great for dogs and kids alike. Sheri is a proactive, friendly and easy to communicate with host. I would highly recommend booking Sheri’s home. We are already booked to be back!

This is our second stay with Bill and we hope to stay again in the future. It's a great little spot with so much stuff to do within walking distance. Very clean, well stocked and a great space for us, 4 people one dog. Our dog loves the place as much as we do. Nice doggy door and patio area. Close to a dog beach and a beautiful neighborhood to walk around in. Highly recommended this place and Bill is a wonderful host.

This was our second year staying here. The home is large,spacious and very comfortable! We brought our 4 young grandchildren and the lovely outside patio area was just perfect for them to eat, play, and run around. The kitchen and laundry was stocked with laundry and dish soap, paper towels and basic condiments. We were a large group of 6 adults and 4 small children and we loved all the family time and comfort this home offered. When we return to Huntington Beach we will most definitely stay here!

Angela’s place was fantastic! She left a lovely welcome note answering any questions we could ever have and also had an awesome little binder of all sorts of activities we could do and restaurants we could have eaten at (with directions included!) which made everything that much easier. Really thinks of her guests! Thanks Angela!

Our stay was overall great, and we would definitely consider staying again if we bring a larger group to Disney. Without a doubt, the main feature of this property is its proximity to Downtown Disney. Depending on your pace, it is a 10-15 minute walk to the entrance to Downtown Disney. It's less than 10 minutes from there to the entrances to Disneyland and California Adventure. The property was well-equipped, had the expect, and it was tidy. Our group was 5 adults and a toddler, and everyone had enough room, and the 2.5 baths made getting ready in the morning easy. We experienced one problem with a faucet, but the host had it fixed by the next morning. Communication was perfect, from just the right amount of pre-stay instructions to responsiveness during the stay. The only thing that keeps me from leaving 5 stars for cleanliness was that the floors are in need of a deep clean. There was no dust, stains, or dirt particles on the floors, but your socks did get dirty after walking around.

Dar is a really great host! He had it all set up so that the check in process was extremely easy. Dolphin Cove is really nice, there’s things to do while staying there and there’s a ton to do around the area as well. Would most definitely rebook in the future!

Susy was a great host. She checked in with us and made us feel very comfortable. She also helped look for some items we had left behind.

Location! Location! Location! Many homes say they are a walkable distance to Disney, but this home really is. We did the easy 10-15 minute walk to Downtown Disney with 3 kids. We even came back to the home for a break and walked back at night for the fireworks show. This great location, plus a responsive and friendly host, pool, game room, and a thoughtful snack basket, make this home the best choice for your Disney vacation! Book it, you won’t regret it.

This home was beautiful, loved the stain glass windows. The pool was spacious enough to fit all of us. There is a variety of restaurant options, along with a grocery store, that is walking distance.

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

The house was exactly as pictured and described. The pool was great! I loved that they had toiletries, made it so easy to check in late and not have to immediately unpack. if we needed anything, Carmen responded within minutes! The drive to Disney was a BREEZE! The place was perfect. Plenty of space for all 5 of us and was nicely appointed, in a great location, and the staff were great. Good dining just around the corner and public transportation is quick and easily available for those looking to get to the convention center, Downtown Disney, or Disneyland. The hosts were quick and responsive...overall a great experience!
