Kelly’s house is perfect for my visits to see my child at UL. Kelly is very helpful and responsive. I have stayed there 2 times: once with dogs and once without. Both were great. I will be back.

We had an amazing in Forest! Our group of six adults had more than enough space to spread out and relax, and the home was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Each bedroom felt like its own retreat, and having 3.5 bathrooms was a huge bonus for a group our size. It truly felt like a home away from home, and the peaceful neighborhood made for a relaxing getaway. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious place to unwind! The hosts were responsive and professional. I will always look to book their properties first when I travel to the area. Top Notch!

Jennifer’s place is such a gem. If you like being on the lake and having all the toys and amenities already taken care of for you then this is your place. I have my own kayaks but it was nice to not to have to worry about bringing them. Kayaks for adults and kids, paddle boat, paddle board, beautiful deck, multiple ladders to get out after swimming. They have board games and a karaoke machine that was so fun. The porch was so nice and relaxing. Better than the pictures. You should stay here.

The hosts were lovely and very responsive. The house was spacious and perfect for the amount of people we had. We would 100% stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was roomy and comfortable. The host was very quick to answer questions and to accommodate our needs. We visited over Easter and made a big Easter meal for our son (who is in college in the area) and his friends. I was so pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, serving dishes, etc - best appointed kitchen of any Airbnb I have stayed in to date. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is convenient and the surrounding area is just beautiful. We found a different walking trail/park each morning to explore. I highly recommend a stay here!

we travel to Lynchburg several times a year and always stay at one of these properties. They are clean, comfortable and in a good location. Great for families or singles alike.

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy feeling. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked with anything we might need. Very nice outdoor sitting and eating area as well. We had such a relaxing time!

Nedra and Bubba made me feel welcome from the moment I met them. They helped me pack in my luggage and showed me around the place. It was cozy and warm! I saw them through out my stay but they were always giving me my privacy. The house is in such a great location, it allowed for close access to restaurants, historical spots and entertainment. Definitely would stay here again!

Staying with Mr Jane was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the apartment was cozy and spotless. The place was well-equipped and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. This is a peaceful downstairs apartment with private entry and beautiful backyard with swimming pool. Mrs Jane was always available to answer our questions. unforgettable experience! We can’t say enough nice things about our stay. A definite gem of a find. Walkable to downtown, and a beautiful porch to relax on after a walk. The snacks provided were a nice touch. Plenty of coffee pods as well. Very clean and well maintained historic home. We will definitely return when we come back for more concerts at the Harvester.

We took our granddaughter to visit Liberty U. The central location was perfect for all we did in and around Lynchburg. We love history, so we truly enjoyed the workmanship of this historic building. The spacious rooms, high ceilings and a balcony that overlooks city. All you need in the kitchen to dine in. It was full on Spring when we arrived. The beautiful cherry trees and foliage that lined the street were in all their glory. We can recommend without hesitation.

Perfect for dog lovers and lake lovers! I’ve rented various condos at Smith Mountain Lake and several different ones at Stripers Landing, but Shannon’s place is now my new favorite. With a great view, plenty of space and the option to bring the pup - it’s such a treat. Highly recommend.

I loved staying at Mariners Landing in this lovely condo. It was perfect for a peaceful couple of nights away in the "off season" though any season at Smith Mountain Lake is beautiful! I enjoyed the amenities including the indoor pool, game room, and beach area, and had a fabulous meal from Bruno's Clubhouse. The condo was beautifully decorated and I spent a lot of time on the lakefront balcony. Definitely recommend a stay here!

This was the second time I stayed at Jessica's place, and it was as great as the first time! Extremely easy to find/park, well situated among downtown's attractions, comfortable, and clean. Looking forward to my third visit!

Kathleen’s condo is wonderful, very clean with tremendous views of Smith Mountain Lake and the mountains. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this for a getaway of relaxation and rest, but also in close proximity to a lot of great activities. Thank you, Kathleen.

Our quick escape before picking our son up from NC State was relaxing and so enjoyable. Spent a lot of time out on the lake. Temperatures were warmer than the usual April weather, we both have great tans to prove it! We were very comfortable at your place. Perfectly located off of Scruggs gave us the ability to get to our favorite restaurants (Napolis is the best and only a quick walk away). New to us was Black water cafe, totally awesome! We will go there again when we return. We were able to spend time with family that have recently moved to the lake. Our little escape has re energized us, filled our hearts with joy and great memories on the lake. Your place had everything we needed. We were very comfortable. We enjoyed the decor, the layout, everything about your little slice of heaven on the lake. Who could ask for anything more. Thank you sincerely.

Great stay. Cute condo right above restaurant and store. Brought my SUP and used it a lot. Lots to do at Mariner’s landing. Great food and service at The Landing, Bruno’s and Bottles and Bites. State Park 7 minutes away is excellent for hiking. Lots of friendly neighbors! We’re ready to go back!!
