Plenty of room indoors with a large lounge for the grown ups and a separate lounge/games room for the kids. A separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Perendale Penthouse is part of a property which includes Merino Manor, 3br and Suffolk Studio, 1br. Generally the three units are rented out seperately but they can all be rented together in which case we can accomodate up to 22 guests. We are situated on a rural property which is super quiet and peaceful. We are half way up the Darling Scarp which affords us magnificent and uninterupted City views. Sit back on the front verandah and watch the planes, trains, kangaroos, sheep etc come and go
