The Barn is a luxurious guesthouse at the back of the farm with us on the property, wonderfully quiet location outside the village. Fully furnished with kitchen, bathroom, living room and 2 bedrooms. 1 on the loft and 1 separate bedroom both with a large 2-person bed. The loft has a headroom of 165 cm. Our guesthouse (2015) is located at a unique spot in "Mooi Drenthe". It sits idyllically among characteristic farms near Peize and Roden. You'll love our place because of the tranquility and the beautiful views over the countryside. This area is known for its many hiking and biking trails and is very close to the city for fascinating excursions in the cultural area. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, and can also be rented for longer periods of time.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Het Twadde Hûske is een gezellig en comfortabel appartement welke te boeken is voor 4 tot 6 personen (neem de advertentie even door voor de verdere details hierover). Het Twadde Hûske heeft een rustgevend uitzicht over de weilanden, gelegen aan een privéweg, met een fijn terras voorzien van loungestoelen en een picknicktafel. Voorzien van airco(voor verwarmen én verkoelen). Het is, naar mijn bescheiden mening, de meest complete Airbnb die je maar kunt vinden, kom jij dit uitproberen? 🏡

Wake up in the last century at the Marthahoeve!

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120
