Cabin on the River

Get back to nature in our one room cabin with lots of comfort. Located next to the famous Regency Bridge the States last functioning swinging bridge. There is a small private RV park nearby that rents out an small camper which would allow you to have more guests come and stay next door. The river is on the property with steps down to the water perfect for kayaking or fishing. When the water level is down hiking the river bed is a great time. We do have 2 paddle boards available to rent as well.

This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

Property owners are located in an adjacent house should any problems arise. Level II EV charging available.

The Heart of Texas House 🏡

Recently showcased in the Getaway section of the June ‘24 issue of Texas Highways Magazine! Relax with the whole family at the peaceful Heart of Texas house featuring a patio, a large yard for dogs, and no neighboring lots. A large park is located behind the house that offers a perimeter sidewalk for walking/jogging and a basketball court. In addition to the 4 beds there are 2 large couches in the living room. All amenities are available to make your stay as close to home as possible!

This newly renovated house has a great location in downtown Menard. It’s a full house rental and only minutes away from restaurants, a city park with a running trail, and the biggest grocery store in town. This home has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, and central air/heat. All three beds have firm mattresses. There is wood vinyl flooring throughout the house and a large washer/dryer, 42 in TVs in both bedrooms, and the living room has 65 in tv screen.

James River Tiny House #2

This rustic but cute tiny house is located just steps from the Llano River in Mason, Texas. It comfortably sleeps 3 with a queen size bed and a twin bed. It's equipped with a full bathroom, a microwave, fridge, coffee pot, griddle and 12" electric skillet. There is lots of amazing outdoor space including a huge fire pit area and a charcoal grill. There are three tiny houses on the property so please bring a friend family and have the whole place to yourselves.
