This place is right in downtown Eden. You can sit on the front porch and see the beautiful town gazebo. Or enjoy the backyard area which has a privacy fence. The house has an extremely unique set up & furnished with antiques. Entire cottage to yourself. Very unique space in a quiet town, house is located on a very busy hiway (close to an intersection). Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

Relax with the whole family at the peaceful Heart of Texas house featuring a patio, a large yard for dogs, and no neighboring lots. A large park is located behind the house that offers a perimeter sidewalk for walking/jogging and a basketball court. In addition to the 4 beds there are 2 large couches in the living room. This newly renovated house has a great location in downtown Menard. It’s a full house rental and only minutes away from restaurants, a city park with a running trail, and the biggest grocery store in town. This home has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, and central air/heat. All three beds have firm mattresses. There is wood vinyl flooring throughout the house and a large washer/dryer, 42 in TVs in both bedrooms, and the living room has 65 in tv screen.
