Great house, good area and well kitted out for a family stay.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at The Beach House on GKI! The location is just perfect and we loved our stay there. This is our second time staying at the house, and it was just as lovely as we remembered it. The house has everything you need and the beds, linen and pillows are very comfortable. The kids always love the pool table downstairs, and they loved finding coconuts from the trees outside! We would recommend anyone a stay here. Thank you for having us Denise x

Great place to stay. Beach access just around the corner:I enjoyed sunrise there. We really love the environment area: enjoyed the pool game. What really impressed me is the food left for us. On the time we arrived we were so hungry and was about to go shopping,but we just made fried eggs with bacon that John left for us. This was a really generous gesture. Also pantry looks amazing. So we'll organised and fridge full of cold drinks was also really great things to have! Close to main town area, just 5 min drive. We would love to return one day. Thank you John for impressive hospitality!

Accommodation was close to shops and had everything the boys needed

2nd time we’ve stayed there. It’s not fancy but Perfect for us with our dogs. Kitchen isn’t overly stocked with equipment and could do with couple more bowls, had trouble finding something to put salad in and a couple of things at the same time, otherwise has everything you really need and love the fact that it has an air fryer because we tend to eat evening meals in. Fence is secure which is importance with small Houdini dogs. Road out the front can be a bit noisy but we are from the country and not used to traffic. A very pleasant spot, beach isn’t to busy, fairly Central without being in the busier part of Yeppoon. Would 100% recommend.

What a great stay for myself and my family! The house was great and provided lots of space and plenty of entertainment. Joanna was extremely responsive and friendly throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend to others!

Stunning location and beautiful cabin. Feels very luxurious and private. Bill and Pauline were wonderful and accomodating hosts.

This beautiful gem by far exceeded my expectations, it has everything you need well equipped with all your essential items and was well suited for my family of 5, myself, my partner & 3 young children. You will not be disappointed with a great pool in the yard to cool off and the playground for your little ones to enjoy. The location was great as it’s close to everything you’ll need, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, & servos. The hosts are absolutely great and was quick to answer any queries I had during our stay. Thank you for having us! We will definitely be back again!

Owners are onsite and make sure the pool and everything is right throughout the stay, only saw them when the pool was being cleaned. Great little play area for kids and a pool with a slide and blow up bull that the kids loved.

Great location. Apartment had loads of character. Car park was tight to access. Aìr con location not great but understandable. Had a great stay.

Sallie’s place is fantastic and exactly what I always look for when travelling. Super close to a dog beach, welcoming and friendly to me and my two medium sized dogs, big and bright and spacious, comfortable beds, all the amenities you need in the kitchen and bathroom, big pool, eco-friendly and sustainable, beautiful gardens…ticking all the boxes! I’ll definitely be back :)

Justin's beach house was wonderful. The water views were amazing and it's located near an amazing amount of cafes, restaurants and shops. It was also fairly easy to access the beach. The house is located mid-way up a fairly steep hill which is great when going down but not so fantastic when trying to get up the hill. Otherwise, everything else is wonderful.
