The place was spotless and homey with everything you need to cook, and clean. It’s such a great place to come with either your friends and family.

Comfy, spacious farmhouse with beautiful surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere. Never met the hosts but helpful and accommodating. Great price for what we received my only complaint is that i didn’t have the time to stay longer, will definitely be back with a bigger group

We had a lovely time at Sigrid's place. We did struggle a bit to find it (in the dark), and we were warned about arriving after dark, but still felt that there were some key turns where signage could've been helpful. Apart from that, it is a great place to stay, spacious, neat, clean, and private, in a beautiful natural setting. The fireplace outside is also great. We will go back whenever there is another opportunity.

This was truly a place of great peace and tranquility. This is a perfect escape for a group of family or friends! The garden is lush and the view of the river so scenic. The house is also beautifully furnished. We spend hours on the patios enjoying the garden view and the fairy lights at night. Coffee in the morning sun on one of the two patios come highly recommended. Hilde also welcomed us with a tasty apple pie home bake. You also have plenty of places to visit in the area and a very easy drive to Hartebeespoort dam. The place is also near Lanseria airport. Do yourself a favour and book.

We had an unforgettable stay at this venue — I’d happily do it all over again. The value for money was outstanding, and Stacey, Melody and her team were absolutely wonderful: warm, welcoming, and always one step ahead of our needs. For that weekend, it felt like home — as if I was hosting from my own place. Welcoming such a large group never felt this effortless, and my guests were genuinely impressed. Many said it felt like they’d just stepped into a better, more joyful version of life. One small suggestion: it would be fantastic if the location pin led guests directly to the house, as some began wondering if they were lost on the long drive from the gate and they would drive back. Adding a note in the directions about the board or sign at the gate would also help make arrivals smoother.

We had a fantastic stay at this Lembah Kali over the weekend! Maureen and Henri gave us a warm welcome, which made us feel right at home from the start. It was such a pleasure meeting Jen—she shared some of the history of the place, which made the experience even more special. Jen was incredibly helpful and just wonderful all around. The property had everything we needed—well-stocked and thoughtfully set up—so all we had to bring were our personal items and food. The atmosphere was amazing, peaceful, and welcoming, and the place itself is just beautiful. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for getaway. We were in awe the entire weekend...this place is beyond beautiful...words honestly fail me. It is private, peaceful and calling it beautiful is an understatement. My parter and I had the house to ourselves, the rain added to the beauty of the surroundings and watching the views of the mountains in the horizon was better than watching tv on any day. Word of advise though, buy your groceries before checking-in ...we couldn't find a grocery stores near by.but there are plenty restaurants around. Another thing this amazing place is set on a steep hill(again...the views are to die for), you won't want to keep driving up and down for small supplies...So maybe stop at Cradlestone mall to buy your supplies and prepare to enjoy your stay at this magnificent place.

As a family of three, we absolutely loved staying here. It was so spacious and has everything you need, so we were very comfortable and enjoyed our 10 day stay. Mokaba is a great host, and was immediately responsive to all our requests. The area is quiet and safe, and there are nearby shops and parks in walking distance. Would absolutely stay again!

This unit looks exactly like the photos and is just as described! The property is wonderful, in a quiet, peaceful and safe location. The outside of the property is well maintained with parking onsite. It really feels like a home away from home. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. There are also extra blankets in the wardrobe if needed, along with a gas heater for use during the winter months. There were towels, toilet roll, etc to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook a meal, including cleaning products. There are enough pots and pans for daily needs, and the fridge/freezer is big enough to accommodate a family. Kennedy is amazing and incredibly accommodating. He really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Kennedy is incredibly responsive. The host really is a credit to this property. We would definitely return to this property and I would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

I stayed in Unit 3 on this beautiful property and really enjoyed my stay. A lovely view greets you from a superbly appointed apartment. Top quality appliances and all the facilities you could need including a washer dryer. The bathroom is lovely , the bed is comfortable and the balcony steals the show. I really enjoyed my 3 days there. I would note thought that access to Unit 3 requires walking along a narrow path with some natural rock steps through Charles ,frankly, spectacular garden. If mobility is an issue, ask for unit 1 or 2. Great find . Thank you .

We had a lovely stay in this stylishly decorated, spacious and comfortable unit. Having stayed in several Airbnb in the area this was by far our best experience. Our host was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely return.

Great place with a great host.

My partner and I have been using Airbnb in JHB for the past 2.5 years and this was by far our favourite place. We spent about 5 months there and absolutely loved it. The complex itself is well located, close to shopping malls and very safe. The green area right in front of the apartment is a real blessing and great for spending time outdoors. The neighbours are friendly. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you can think of. Daphne is very kind and super helpful. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back if the opportunity presents itself.
