The whole place is air-conditioned. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom. And an attractive mezzanine with a mesh for lying under a glass roof. Outside, there is a 40 sqm larch wood terrace. The beach is 150 m away. The beach has attractions for children, floating equipment, and a newly opened luxury restaurant.

The house was built so that the whole family and a group of friends (max 12 people) could relax. Leśna Oaza is conducive to relaxation and spending time together. The house is adjacent to a large covered terrace where you can feast in the climatic light. There is a fireplace next to it, where you can enjoy the sounds of crackling wood.

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.
