Holiday rentals with a fireplace in West Point Lake

IT WAS EVERYTHING. I truly can't think of anything more we could have wanted. Scott is friendly, accommodating and responsive. Upon arrival, Eagles Nest was warm, inviting, and welcoming. And that was just the foyer. Walking into the main area was amazing. The view is extraordinary. Sitting on the couch and looking out, you can easily imagine you're sitting at the front of a huge boat. And with the double doors open...just WOW! The beds were heavenly, the place was super clean and the kitchen was VERY well-stocked. Scott and Shanelle are so generous; they include firewood, kayaks, giant Jenga and Connect 4, cornhole and boardgames galore. Even a s'mores kit! Some highlights for us were sitting on the beautiful deck as a family one night to take in the sound of the rain against the deck's tin roof and kayaking to Goat Island. The day after returning home, we all just wanted to go back! Scott, we can't thank you enough. You set a VERY high bar! BEST. FAMILY. VACATION. EVER.

David's property is exactly as shown in the images. It is a beautiful, well equipped home with a fantastic pool and hot tub. While we did not meet David in person, he went out of his way to be able to provide one of the guests with a reading lamp for her room which we very much appreciated. Great stay overall.

Dom’s house was really nice. She was always responsive to answer questions and gave a guide for local resources! Would definitely reserve her house again if needed!

What an amazing home on the lakefront! Gorgeous views of the lake with multiple places to gather outside and take it all in. Besides spending time on the dock, we spent most of our time in the screened in "4 seasons" room enjoying coffee in the morning, meals throughout the day, cocktails at sunset, and playing games. Everything about our stay was a 5 star experience from the time we checked in until we left. Katie left clear instructions on how to check in along with some recommendations for the area. She was quick in resonding to inquiries and made us feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were of high quality. The ping pong table was a hit along with the kayaks on the dock. All were used frequently. It was an idyllic location and the perfect family getaway for our long weekend at the lake!

We stayed after a wedding down the road and it was a great location! Wendy was a great host and was very accommodating when I needed to drop off my car before the wedding.

Absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Great location, Quiet neighborhood, Very well equipped property, Well thought out floor plan. The house is on a large a lot and feels like it is in the country. Located within 10 to 20 minutes of anything you could need. Furnishings and amenities are top-notch. The snacks, soft drinks and Fiji water were great extras to walk into. The Spa/hot tub area is a complete home run. We have already recommended this property to several of our friends and will definitely be booking for ourselves again.

The Harris home is VERY comfortable & welcoming. EVERYTHING is in a manual that is provided after booking which makes it easy to know how to operate anything in the home. Beds are comfy & the bathrooms very clean. The backyard area is spacious and has plenty of seating. The pool & hot tub are fabulous and the covered area provids a place to be outside if it rains. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of seating. The house is very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. There is a military base behind the house and we heard Taps played at night which was pretty cool. Behind the back fence is a train track but when asked about it, I was told a train may come by very slowly once or twice during the day. There was never a train so rest assured, the area is very quiet. My only suggestions is to add a little more light in the hall bathroom and a robotic pool cleaner. The pool was clean when we arrived but it did rain so the bottom did a get little dirty. We will stay again!

We loved the backyard and outside living space! Our daughter had so much fun with the karaoke room and loved the Coca-Cola bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and there were very nice touches left out of toothpaste and toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioner. Lovely and communicative host. Very helpful and accommodating!

I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. I especially appreciated the late check-out accommodation, which made my trip even smoother. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

Lovely place, very quiet, convenient to everything we needed.

This is an incredible place to stay. It has a massive private porch that overlooks the intersection of two local streets. It was simply mesmerizing to sit at night and watch the cars and people walking. The house is super clean and updated with a modern feel yet maintaining the historic values of the house. We originally thought we may share the porch with neighbors but nope, it’s all private to this house. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

Lovely, historic home in a beautiful neighborhood. The location is superb. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and retail are an easy walk from the house. One criticism—the house is a duplex and if both sides are rented it can be loud. In my opinion, the need to be mindful of noise should be made more emphatically in the notes sent to renters.

We only spent a few hours in the home as we booked it to attend a concert, so we didn’t REALLY get to enjoy the home. However, the beds were super comfy and the area was nice and quiet. The home was plenty spacious for our party of 4 and easy for Uber drivers to find.

Gigi’s place was such a cute find!!! The rental is super spacious, trendy & clean! It was also so nice having a washer/dryer for a mid trip laundry refresher. :) The location is also fabulous! It’s 10 mins from downtown Woodstock, and 25 mins from downtown Alpharetta/Avalon which are great places to check out when you’re down there. Would absolutely rent again!

Really enjoyed my stay here. House was very clean and spacious . Everything worked perfectly. They provided everything we needed from kitchen supplies , bedding , and Toweling. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

Shane’s place was beautiful! We have a large family and booked three places and it was absolutely perfect for our family! The kids scootered around the driveway, people easily went back and forth between the homes, the dogs had a blast running around and we enjoyed walking the beautiful property along the creek! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family reunion, and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Conyers, Georgia while in town for my son’s wedding. Several family members stayed together, and the house had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The kids especially loved the pool and had a great time fishing in the pond. The peaceful, scenic setting provided the perfect backdrop for some relaxation between wedding events. There was plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, and we appreciated how close the property was to shopping and how easy it was to get to the airport. Jorge was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything go smoothly. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious and serene place to gather with family or friends.

Everything about it was fantastic and it's located right across the street from the park which for my son and my grandkids made it all the more better. We had remote control cars and remote control planes and we had all the room to do everything we wanted to do.

Modern, CLEAN, and in a safe neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive with any issues, and it was very up-scale. Great option for a family.

This is home has plenty of room, great location, clean, across from The Pool. Close to the entrance to Callaway Gardens and Downtown. Can’t wait to return!! Thanks for being a great host.

the house was spacious and clean. I would recommend this house for large family gatherings. I would say that the couches can be updated. the couches sink in and sit too low to the floor. the toilets can be updated. the toilets are too low. not good for elderly and guest with bad knees... needing help getting off toilet is no fun..other than that, it's a good location for family gatherings
