You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. Come enjoy the sights and sounds of nature on a unique little peninsula! This large, newly renovated guest suite, is located over a detached garage and overlooks world renowned lake Nipissing. Enjoy the paddle boat and boards, the kayaks, have a refreshing swim, sit on the dock and enjoy the spectacular views, enjoy a steaming hot sauna then roast marshmallows by the fire. Al and I live in the main house on the property and are here if you need anything.

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
