This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

Charming pet friendly cottage! Centrally located!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.It is a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Your pet will love the spacious backyard. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. Please note there is not a bath tub but a shower only. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has the double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook. We have it stocked with the essential seasonings as well as coffee, sugar, etc.

It is located on our 40-acre farm, in front of my sister's cottage, about 100 yards from the house I share with our nephew, which was originally built by our grandparents in 1939. It is quiet, remote and peaceful. It is about seven miles to the nearest grocery stores and restaurants in Bastrop, and one mile to a Dollar General in Collinston. There is wifi in the house, as well as a Roku TV.
