The three of us felt comfortable in the studio. The view of the sea and the location are great. However, it must be aware that there is no bedroom and no full bed available, but a closet bed and two sofa beds.

Everything uncomplicated from check-in to check-out. From shopping to a beautiful promenade, everything is within walking distance. Underground parking space, everything you need in the apartment. Everything great

The apartment is so cozy and very well equipped. Very close to the mother with a sea view, it's nice to have your coffee on the small balcony admiring the sea. At the foot of the building you have an excellent brewery and a bakery...what could be better. Nearby you have great shops of all kinds. We loved it ❤️

We were seven girls two nights at Davy and Aaike and we felt super comfortable. The communication in advance and also during the stay was great and easy. You get all the information you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment was perfectly suited and the location is great. Many great restaurants are nearby and you can see the beach from the living room. 🏖 The train station is also within walking distance and the apartment's parking garage is clean and also suitable for slightly larger cars. The layout of the apartment is great for a larger group and the elevator in the hallway makes it much easier to arrive with luggage. We will be happy to come back ☀️

Very luxurious and modern and spacious apartment. Super close to the beach. It's great to have your own garage.

An ideal quiet location between both parks for hiking. Everything is easily accessible near shops. You can quickly and easily get to Nieuwpoort beach as well as Nieuwpoort city centre. It is a very nice apartment that is fully equipped with everything you need for the stay. The spacious garage is also a plus. The contact and communication is perfect and in all kindness. We are very satisfied with our stay and it is an ideal apartment for an apartment with children. The apartment is definitely recommended and we will definitely come back!

Studio to recommend on the 6th floor facing the sea, very well equipped, perfect for a couple or a couple with 1 child, everything is close to the studio and the owner is very responsive - excellent stay

Had an amazing stay with such hospitable hosts, beautiful alpacas and cute chickens. Our daughter was so happy to be there. The house is so beautiful and our apartment t was squeaky clean. The hosts are so nice and responsive that they have now spoilt us for future stays. They were very nice, loving and caring and also played with our little one. Went out of their way to help us with requests as well. We would love to be back

Fantastic place to stay in beautiful Ieper. Natalie was a very considerate host and communication was excellent. We had a longer stay and it really felt like home. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed - modern, sleek and stylish. The lounge is very comfortable and the balconies also offer another way to enjoy the flat. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and everything is high quality. The toilet is upstairs from the bedrooms so may be an issue for the very young or old or if there are mobility issues. The garage was extremely useful as we had a car and the location couldn’t be better - just two minutes from the centre. We had a wonderful time in Belgium and our stay in Ieper was made all the more enjoyable thanks to Natalie’s outstanding flat and her hospitality.

We had a wonderful time in this holiday home! It is a super nice place with a large swimming pool. In addition, there was a separate room with a pool table, darts and a bar, ideal for those who wanted to have a chat in the evening or listen to some music. A big plus was that this space was a little further away from the cottages. This way, those who wanted to go to sleep earlier could enjoy themselves without being bothered by the noise. Furthermore, it was also very nice that ponies and horses bordered the house. It immediately gave a cozy, rural atmosphere and the children loved to see the animals. All in all had a top vacation!

We found Hilde’s beautiful home on a last minute trip away for Easter. We were so impressed with the home, it was much much bigger than we expected!! Hilde was so friendly and lovely when we met to gain access. Although she said her English wasn’t the greatest, she made sure we understood how to work everything in her beautiful home. She also printed out suggests in English of family things to do as we had our 15 month old son. She even went above and beyond to bring over some age appropriate toys for our son from her own house! The whole house was very well equipment and by far the best air b&b I have ever stayed in! The cleanliness was immaculate! Overall…I hope to stay again soon. The only one downfall that we noticed was that the family bathroom did have a sewage smell but that did not effect our stay at all as Hilde has air diffusers and air freshers so we just gave a spray every now and again. If you are looking for a perfect host, perfect countryside then book here!!

It is a beautiful house, everything is perfect and works perfectly. We have enjoyed our few days in this paradise.

What a top stay! The house is super spacious and neat, with a private bathroom in each bedroom – super convenient. The sauna was wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and cared for. The garden with petanque court and the cute alpacas were really the icing on the cake. Also nice: a charging point for our electric car! Carine responded quickly to all our questions. Bruges and Ghent are easily accessible. We really enjoyed it!

We stayed in this studio for a short week and really felt at home during that time. The photos speak for themselves, that is, the studio is beautifully and modernly decorated with a beautiful view of the sea. The location is perfect in the sense that on the one hand we could just walk up the dike or, on the other hand, go around the corner to take a walk to the marina via the beautiful promenade. For those who like to shop, the Albert I-laan is just a few minutes' walk away. I would also like to mention that the studio was extremely clean, orderly and tidy. It is also equipped with all the necessities for cooking and the like. Finally, from the outset, we had very good communication with the hostess. She responds and acts very quickly and correctly and is very pleasant to deal with. The final conclusion is that we would like to return in the future.

Perfect apartment for our stay with our friends. Each couple had their own bedroom, bathroom and dressing room. Very clean and well decorated. We'll be back!

jan's apartment is very centrally located. Within walking distance of shops and the stops of the coastal tram. There are many eateries in the vicinity and also for a drink you don't have to walk far. The frontal sea view from the fifth floor is beautiful and very soothing. You keep looking at it. The apartment itself is equipped with every comfort, neat and pleasant to stay in. Come home after a day outside. We make this one of our permanent coastal addresses. Thank you for letting us enjoy this top apartment.

Fantastic Penthouse with everything you need, including a spacious roof terrace, tastefully decorated. 200 metres from the Delhaize, other shops and world cuisine opposite, Otherwise, it is a short walking distance from the beautiful centre. Free parking under the building. Already had a nice stay. The contact with Dylan went smoothly.

Beautiful, cozy and clean accommodation right by the sea. More than sufficient for 2 people and equipped with everything you need.
