Chalet holiday rentals in West Flanders

we were allowed to spend a beautiful girls weekend in De Haan. The cottage is clean, lovingly furnished with everything you need. Very quiet location in a holiday home village. Veerle welcomed us and explained everything in person. The departure was also very nice and warm. Thank you!!

The place is amazing! The view in the morning is stunning. The bambis visiting the garden are cute and the place is wonderful. What I really disliked is that you need to join a 3rd party app for the entry info. I had to upload my od to this random Usa accommodation site. If I book through air bnb there should be no other app involved. Please change this

accommodation exactly described in the listing thank you isabelle just the arrival at the reception which lasts only 5 minutes. Fortunately, I came across an unsympathetic person or reputating the French or the Wallons but hey a person must not alter a judgment on a property other than that a small message for the tenant from before me the dishes and the trash can this empty to hearer. loic

Super pleasant and in order. Nice hiking nearby (to Passendale (and the Kokelikoo!), Tyne cot, Polygene forest ...).

We had a great weekend at Ruth and Martin's place. The two are great people, loving, hospitable, open and interested (but not intrusive). We were very well informed in advance about our stay so we knew what to expect before arrival (e.g. surroundings, shopping, wifi access, etc.). The little cottage was stocked with everything we needed. It is very well maintained, clean and nicely decorated. We felt at home and did not miss anything. We appreciated the proximity to Ghent, but actually only spent our time on the farm and was in the sun. The huge and winding garden invites you to dream, you enjoy the quiet and the beauty of nature. Thank you Ruth and Martin for this lovely PLACE!

We travelled from the UK and stayed 4 nights. Martine met us at the entrance and explained everything. It was clean, tidy with everything you need. The WiFi was fast enough for streaming. The TV box has loads of channels Inc. BBC but we also we took a firestick with us. Importantly for us the fully enclosed garden is ideal if you're traveling with a dog. Some reviews mention noise from the road behind but we didn't experience any. A note for UK travellers: The pillows are larger European size so standard UK pillow cases won't fit. We took our own bedding so it wasn't a problem.

My partner as well as my friend and our two doggies had a great stay, we really enjoyed the accommodation, it was clean, well maintained and also well equipped. The setting and environment was perfect, with the sea and nature reserve for walks, which allowed us to recharge and find ourselves. The host was also very kind, warm and very flexible at checkout time. We would definitely recommend this place for any other guest, and we will surely try to come back for another vacation. 😀
