Cook up a feast in the kitchen or spoil yourself with local takeaways all while enjoying the scenery from your room.</p> <p>The kitchen features a stove, oven, mini fridge, coffee machine and cooking utensils. The bathroom offers a combined shower/ bath tub, vanity, toilet, hairdryer, quality bathroom products and towels.</p> <p>Included in your stay is a daily breakfast pack, wifi plus the use of the Motels BBQ facilities and guest laundry.</p> <p> </p>

The Post Office | Luxury Wilderness Retreat
The Post Office transports you to another time and place, our heritage-listed accomodation is the heart of the beautiful town of Waratah. Opposite the Waratah Waterfall, The Post Office offers views of Mount Pearce and the expansive Happy Valley, which stretches out into the Tarkine wilderness. Waratah is nestled in a wilderness-rich pocket of Tasmania's North West and is the perfect base from which to explore the Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park and the ancient Tarkine wilderness.

The Top Paddock
Welcome to the top paddock! This is glamping with a side of real camping in the Tasmanian bush. Goats and sheep will stroll around and you have over 20 acres all to yourself to explore. We're located up a gravel road on the north west coast, you won't find any other tourists here. Soak in the wood fired tub, under the blackwood tree. Cosy up to the wood fire, roasting marshmallows in your star Gazer yurt. A comfy queen bed and a backyard of adventure, its a Tasmanian version of luxury camping.

The Launch Pad
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Only a 5 minute walk down to the Strahan village and boat cruise terminals. 2 minute walk to the supermarket Wifi is connected. There is a tv on the deck, lounge room and all 3 bedrooms. Atleast 6 cars/trailers etc can be parked in the property *please note* The property looking out towards the water isn’t fenced off. If you have young kids then please make sure they don’t go passed the star pickets.

Harbour Lookout - 2 bathrooms
Harbour Lookout is perched high on the button grass hills that surround Strahan. The house is filled with natural light, offering magical views of Macquarie Harbour and across to the Cape Sorell Lighthouse. Set on 30 acres and just a short 2 minute drive (1.7km) to the town centre. Bird watchers will love the seasonal fly in fly out visitors feeding from our native garden, and there are many amazing westerly sunsets over Cape Sorell, Ocean Beach and Macquarie Harbour to photograph.

Solo or with a partner, come and get lost (in the best way).

Arthur River Spa Cottage
This amazing waterfront beach house has recently been refurbished to offer you modern comfort amongst the wild Arthur River landscape, and can sleep 10 people in 7 beds! The open plan kitchen / dining / lounge has wonderful large windows that make the most of the sea view, toasty open fireplace and a comfy leather lounge and satellite TV. Just outside is a glass sheltered North ( river facing ) outdoor entertainment deck with its own open potbelly fireplace, sound system and BBQ.

The Greenhouse
An elegant cottage in the middle of town. Originally built on the banks of Macquarie Harbour, this house was moved piece by piece to Queenstown around a century ago and has recently had a lot of love. Like its surroundings, this house is filled with rich colours, raw timber, and fittings that hint at eras past. With restored furniture, a wood fire, and big windows that look out and shut tight, this cottage both honours and offers shelter from the mountains that surrounds it.
