Quaint little studio with lots of old-world character. This one-room studio has original hardwood floors, heavy wood ceiling beams and 1930's tile work in the bathroom. The apartment looks down on 59th street, which for the summer months between May and November, hosts the Kegels Beer Garden on the street! We're one of the last Authentic German restaurants and Inn's left in country and the studio apartment is right above it! We hope you love this place as much as we do!

This is a wonderful basement space — living area with large screen tv, private bathroom with great shower, bed area is part of this open space. I used the coffee bar each morning and felt safe and comfortable. Most of the time I didn’t hear sounds from upstairs. I’d gladly stay here for future visits!

This place is absolutely beautiful. I The patios are beautiful, great natural lighting, and plenty of fresh air throughout the home when you open the windows. The kitchen was phenomenal and have everything you needed to cook, down to spices and oil! The home was very comfortable and homey and I loved the big bathroom space. I highly recommend this place if you are in town for a few days, it is an upstairs loft. You can also park in the driveway which was very nice! I would love to stay here again when I am back in town.

Communication was quick. The house is as advertised. Super close to American Family Field and within 15 minutes of downtown. The stairs are a little steep to the second floor but the railing is very secure.

First time staying at Air BnB and it was a great experience. The house was very clean and warming exactly like the photos. My husband enjoyed the large work space so he didn't feel like there was limited space like at hotels. If we're ever back in town, this is the place to book!
