Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! This spacious 3BR/2.5BA home, spanning over 2,400 square feet, was completed in April 2019 and includes its very own private attached racquetball court.

I have a few short term stays in these townhouse. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other.
