Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich auch die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich sowie ein großzügiges Bad. Den Wohnbereich erreicht man über eine Treppe. Die zusätzliche Schlafempore mit 140-cm-Bett schafft einen weiteren Rückzugsort.Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz zum Genießen.

It is located in the attic of a 2-family apartment building in a quiet residential area in the Bergstraße-Odenwald Nature Park. It offers a 50 sqm living-dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a large sun terrace. Private parking is available. The living room and bedroom both have flat-screen TVs. Internet access is also available.

Come, hike, feel good and relax, recharge your batteries, find peace and feel at ease in our ground floor apartment, which we have carefully renovated. We bought the farm 11 years ago and have been building, gardening and living here very happily ever since despite all the tasks that are still waiting. Meanwhile, the family of our daughter Nele also lives on the farm. Nele is also always approachable. You will find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.

The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
