Allgaier's 2-Zimmer-Apartment unweit zu der historischen Altstadt, nur ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Fußgängerzone mit Fachwerkhäusern und vielen verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, können wir ein ca. 24 m² großes, komplett neu renoviertes und möbiliertes Apartment anbieten. Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich am Haus und eine Bäckerei gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es sind keine Haustiere erlaubt. Ein- und Aus-Checken nach Absprache. Bei Aufenthalt ab 10 Tagen fallen zusätzliche Reinigungskosten an.

Dear guests, our apartment is very suitable for 1-2 people on vacation / on weekends / seminars for relaxation, stop-over, for internship or seminar - in the midst of an extremely quiet, green residential area; with separate entrance and parking on the property. Also very conveniently located: 5 minutes from the highway, 8 minutes to the S-Bahn, 10 minutes to the city center by bike. Exercise? Then hike, jog or walk directly into the countryside! Check-in is usually possible after 5 pm.

The private entrance and the breathtaking view of the Swabian Alb make this accommodation something special. With self check-in and all the necessary amenities, the apartment is the ideal retreat for solo travelers, couples or business travelers and a perfect base for city trips, a visit to Messe Stuttgart or the Outletcity Metzingen.

The private living space (24 square meters), with separate entrance, fireplace, double bed, private bathroom (shower and toilet) is located in the quiet old town center of Wendlingen. The highway and (S-) train can be reached in a few minutes. Direction: Stuttgart city center (30 minutes), airport/trade fairs (15 minutes) as well as Reutlingen, Metzingen and Tübingen (30 minutes). Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to the heart of Schorndorf, This spacious loft impresses with its open design and high-quality furnishings. The train station is a 2-minute walk away: Stuttgart city center can be reached in 25 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are on the Cannstatter Wasen. You are just a few steps from the historic city center and the best restaurants, cafes and shops. The Remstal cycle path is right outside the front door.

Wir als Gastgeberfamilie freuen uns von Herzen Dich/ Euch gastfreundlich zu empfangen und gleichzeitig hat man hier die nötige Privatsphäre.

This 1-room apartment with a very quiet location in Hochdorf is accessible through a separate entrance. It features a double bed (140) with TV, a well-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, two hotplates, toaster and mini oven. The separate bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a small terrace in the countryside.

In addition, we have thought of most of what you need for everyday life. The warm summer evenings are approaching and on the associated terrace (about 20 m²) you can end the evening comfortably.
