L'annexe 2.0. After a short stop, some renovation works, we offer you this quiet place. The exterior still requires some finishing touches. Privacy and relaxation are important. Thanks to a private entrance, private garden, private kitchen, bathroom, parking, living space, you are completely independent and manage your own time. Good food is what the region stands for. Hiking, nature, sports, adventure or some history is also on your menu. Your pet is also welcome. Just give us a heads-up first.

Klein volledig gerenoveerd huisje in de Belgishe Ardennen. In de badkamer bevindt zich een inloop douche en een bubbelbad. De infraroodcabine geeft jouw spieren en gevrichten de nodige warmte om volledig tot rust te komen. Op het 1ste verdiep vindt u de keuken met eet eiland en het salon met digitale tv/wifi. Op de 2de verdieping is de kamer. Er is geen tuin aan de woning maar een groot terras aan de voorkant met zicht op het kerkplein. Het huisje is volledig uitgerust met al het nodige confort.

For cycling enthusiasts, you are in the heart of the Liège–Bastogne–Liège circuit😀. For motorsport enthusiasts, you are close to the Spa Francorchamps circuit (2 km).

The love nest

The love nest est notre havre de paix à la campagne. Petite maison contemporaine en bois, à la grande cheminée de pierre, elle offre une belle chambre double et une plus petite chambre attenante séparée du séjour par un rideau. Entièrement chauffée par un poêle à bois et un feu ouvert, elle offre une atmosphère chaleureuse et pleine de charme. Une terrasse plein sud, en partie couverte (Belgique oblige) agrémente le tout.

Le Moulin d 'Awez

In the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, close to Durbuy, the Moulin d 'Awez welcomes you for a stay in the heart of the nature. Located on a quiet street, on a property of nearly 3ha your studio is the starting point for beautiful hikes by bike or motorcycle (shelter available ). La Goutte is a 2 centuries old cottage located on the banks of the river Aisne (Durbuy), with all modern comfort and technology. The house has been restored respectfully with pure, untreated materials. La Goutte provides its own energy through solar panels, heath pump and has its own water purification installation. House completely renovated more or less ten years ago, recovery of a maximum of original materials (period doors, exposed beams...). Three years ago, an annex was built to bring a brighter living space. Very flowery garden landscaped by me, a paradise to discover. Very quiet place, splendid view of the valley. Shops 2 km away...
