With half acre of lush vegetation and a winding creek running through the property spanned by numerous charming bridges, we are home to a huge variety of wildlife and birds including King Parrots, Rosellas, Lorikeets and bower birds. A 5 minutes stroll to Wentworth Falls village, station, the Lake, and close to bushwalks. Off-street parking is available BUT if you have a 4WD it may not fit under the awning so you'll need to park on a quiet adjacent street.

Scribbly Gum Loft Studio is a rustic retreat located in a bush setting on private bushland acreage, there are bush walks, a lake, private lookouts and artists' studios on the site. The studio features a queen bed downstairs and a double bed up in the loft, ideal for close friends or children - who are comfortable using stairs and sharing the space, or a great space to read and relax. The eco-shared bathroom is located outside the loft along the covered verandah.
